First time here, Mt first reaction was positive as the "owner?" came up to me and offered me the counter, as the tables were all taken.

Stopped for brunch on a whim and was impressed! Super friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. I really enjoyed my pattymelt and loved that they have sweet potato fries! I would definitely recommend Washington St Diner.

Eat here frequently and its always clean, super well run, beyond friendly, and quality food.
Omelets through French toast are all on point.
Everyone knows everyone, I love coming here, and I bring clients here regularly as well and they always leave happy.
