Beautiful place to “window shop”. Pricing is not realistic. Employees are not friendly.

I can see why this store is closing. I always had found memories of shopping here but today the two ladies behind the counter with short hair were so RUDE! They spoke to me like a child, it was a simple question based on what the third employee (with longer hair and the only nice one) had told me. I hope these two do not get a future job in customer service. They tainted my last memory of this store. It’s not my fault the had to work Dec 26th and were cranky about it.

Well, It was matter of time, people have other options so you can’t gouge them with extremely overpriced goods! I went there yesterday and the place was almost empty. I asked one of the employees what was going on she told me they were retiring…also called “they are going OUT OF BUSINESS! I looked around to see if I could get a deal on the few stuff that was left…I saw an apron for 150 dollars…still out of touch with reality! A nasty, want to be rich (the owner?”) lady was so rude and just mad at the world was wrapping small purchases from a few customers…no smile, no ever eye contact! Like I said I always knew it was a matter of time…THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS and their attitude shows it!

I have bought several large pieces from this store, I noticed I got treated well only when I bought those things. The last couple times I have been in there they clearly have forgotten who I am and now the owner scowls at me whenever I bring my two children in, who are also really well behaved. Why sell children’s toys if you hate children coming in. Your sign on the doorway is very not welcoming. I will no longer be supporting this business because of the horrible costumer service.

Lovely selection of home decor and accessories. Dawn ably helped me purchase a lovely gilded mirror and sweet French boudoir chair. When the mirror wouldn’t fit in my car, Margi arranged for delivery. Above and beyond!💐❤️👍🏻

This shop has beautiful home goods and the cutest kids section. I found an amazing set of vintage botanical prints that were reasonably priced. The shop ladies were also very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

I have never been greeted when I have come into the store. Not one single time. I find that abhorrent.

Cool and elegant place, but the prices are a bit much. They had a sale on Assouline coffee table books for 40% off, but those were marked up to begin with, so not that great a deal. However, I was able to find a great number of good deals tucked here and there in the store, items I've never seen anywhere else before. So I consider that a big win! Worth a look and some leisurely browsing!

The store is an experience to walk through to see high end items imported from other countries. There are quite a few items from France! The flip side is, it is a super expensive store. One of the children's dresses there cost $250! The staff was friendly, but were hovering a bit much at times.
