Stopped here to check out the upstairs Christmas bar. Lots of holiday themed beverages. This place is a diner, so temper your expectations when it comes to food. It’s good, not great. I had the General Tso’s chicken dish. It was fine. Service was perfect. The decor upstairs during Christmas is fun! Lots of things to look at! Definitely worth a visit if you love a diner style restaurant.

We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager . We will so be back!!!

We went inside the restaurant and we were guided to our table super fast. It was a super awesome start; that was good. Then, the rest of the dinner got better. Server was generous and kind to us, especially when we placed our order. We were given very wonderful glasses of water. That was incredibly compassionate. Wasn't long before my wonderful chocolate milkshake was delivered. Staff wasted zero time making our foods and drink. This restaurant is filled with so much considerate, compassionate, and super-fabulous, loyal service. Staff is super excellent; and the chocolate milkshake was spectacular, even superb. Even the plain hamburger delivered to me was superb. And that was great. And everything about this place is great and awesome, even the service and staff. This is one very wonderful restaurant. With that, I owe the honor of providing us with super loyal, kind, caring service to this loyal staff. I am forever grateful for the staff and wonderful service they provided us with.

I stopped at this quaint lil diner on a recommendation. Let me say it was off the charts. I had Emily as my Server, and she was so helpful and kind. She made the experience amazing. I had their Hot Buffalo Chicken wrap and it was excellent great heat and flavor for the sauce and the portion was on point. This is a must stop when in the area

Slow service and below average food. Burger was overcooked and the fries were soggy. Salads were also very ordinary.

Go to several Yours Truely locations and have never had a bad experience. Staff always has great customer service skills and are always willing to accommodate requests. Always busy so a little noisier than we like.

Nickel and Dime me over some French Fries.

I moved here in 1997. Graduated in '09. I play lacrosse for the Cleveland Demons, #50. Management is so poor, I ordered a burger, and they gave me no fries because I didn't ask for them. This was years ago and I haven't been back since.

I remember when it was the hole in the wall. Then they expanded in the back room. Then they did the grand renovation. Then they Nickel and Dime me over some French Fries. I didn't know management was that poor.

The food is mid. If I want a burger, I'll make a better one myself. I didn't beat Pittsburgh, Detroit, & Columbus for poor people to Nickel and Dime me over some French Fries.

I haven't been back. I'll only eat there again if the food is free; which I have earned & deserve no less.

Came across this place on a weekend trip for a concert. The food was amazing. The hostess was on top of things getting people seated quickly even though it was very busy. Sunday after church crowd. We received 5 star service from Diane. She kept us laughing the entire time. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. And ask for Diane if it's on a Sunday!

We decided to try this place because we were in the area, and it was worth it! The staff were very friendly and professional, the food was well cooked and the cinnamon ice cream on the apple pie was delicious!

The decor and setting are nice, pretty much your typical modern family restaurant feel, and there's good parking right behind the restaurant block.

When the signs are there follow them!!!!
This morning called Yours Truly in Chagrin Falls to place an order.
1. Put on hold for 5 minutes
2. Come to phone to take my order says she can’t hear me. So, I go to the restaurant to place my order
3. Man stops taking my order because a lady spills her coffee
4. Come back and completes my order
5. As I wait, I see other people with their food but where’s mine
6. I see an order a the hostess station, walk over to inquire if the order was mine. It was!
7. Get the order and notice that my burger is not medium rare! No pink in sight.
8. Head to my car, Digg into my food
? Not so fries have bacon on them!
9. Call the restaurant shared my experience of the bacon on my fries. I was instructed to bring them back and they’ll make me a new one and refund my money! But I have to bring the other one back.
10. Get to Yours Truly only for the manager to tell me there’s no bacon. Now I know what bacon looks like and taste like. At this time I also share that my burger has no pink in it at ALL! Manager walks away, no acknowledgment in regard to the burger.
11. Receive new Not so fries! Great
12. Back to my car and head home! Only to have more bacon on my fries and paper in my burger!!
WHEN THE ORDER SAYS MEDIUM RARE MAKE IT THAT WAY!!!
WHEN THE ORDER SAYS NO BACON MAKE IT THAT WAY!!!!
YOURS TRULY HAS WASTED 1 hour of my time and $20 of my money!!
Moving forward I will pay
