My future sister in law threw me the most wonderful bridal shower here. We had high tea and I highly recommend it! What an amazing experience and lovely service. The teas were wonderful along with the little tea sandwiches and scrumptious treats. What a great idea she had and I truly had a wonderful time. I cannot rave enough about how special and wonderful it was! If you are in the area you need to stop by and if you need a nice bridal, baby or girls day out this would be a nice place to do it. This is a wonderful place to host a party or to enjoy a tea time alone or with others. We held my daughters Sweet 16 here. Jeanne was extremely helpful with great ideas and an amazing lineup of delicious foods and teas for the party! All of the girls enjoyed themselves and loved the food!!! The entire building is so beautiful and it made for a very special day for my daughter! i highly recommend for a party, girls day out, or a solo "treat yourself" day!

We went here today for the first time to celebrate Mother’s Day. The atmosphere and service was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered high tea and she explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. It was a super cozy and intimate setting for a special occasion. The food was really good as well. We will definetely be back!

My party was givin a hard time coming in as the lady was very rude and acted as if I didn’t know I was in the right place. I emailed and called about making a reservation for Saturday the 4th. If the date was unavailable for the day, I could have at least gotten a response and would have gladly picked another day. They did end up accommodating my party of 6 and our waiter was awesome. The tea and food we ordered was great. If communication was better and not such attitude when arriving, it would have been a better experience.

The mushroom soup was full of flavors, and I loved that they didn't make it into puree, just blended enough for it to be in tiny pieces that you still feel and know that it was a mushroom. I also ordered vegetable lasagna, it was good, but a bit heavy, so it's a good choice to order it with a salad. They offer a variety of desserts, which are yum ?
Absolutely amazing service and food. The blueberry crumble tearm was one of the best teas I've ever had and hope they offer it for retail! The service was amazing and the venue and decor is spot on.

My daughter and I have been going to Christmas Tea for 12 years. This year, unfortunately, our schedules just didn't align until February. We decided to choose a new place to try. We did not make reservations and showed up at 12:30 on a Saturday. There were 3 servers plus kitchen staff and a total of 7 tables with 2 of them being available when we walked in. We were greeted by the owner, whom immediately seemed somewhat bothered when I asked her how long her business had been opened. She told us she would not be able to get us in for 1 hour. We returned one hour later and found that the same two available tables were still empty and had not been seated. We were very warmly greeted by our server. However, once our tea came, she did not bring nor offer cream. It took her approximately nine minutes to bring the cream out to us before we could pour a cup of tea. No sugar cubes or raw sugar in the sugar bowl, just packets of sugar. I then asked for some honey and was informed that they did not have honey, but instead had granulated packets of honey. What kind of tea shop doesn't have honey or sugar cubes? Ten minutes after asking our server for the honey, I had to grab another server to get it for me because my tea was getting cold. Lobster Bisque was nothing more than seafood bouillon with cream in it...no sign of any lobster. I ordered the high tea and the platter was brought out to me without any plate. My server said she would bring one and ten minutes later, I had to ask the other server for a plate so I could begin eating. She also never actually told me what the items were on the platter. Ridiculous. Mind you, our server only had two other tables, one of which wasn't even eating. Food was a disappointment, canned fruit gel used on pastries. Gave two stars because the cucumber tea sandwiches we're delicious. We would not return. Sadly, it's slim pickings for a tea shop that does proper tea service well in northeast ohio. However, Quintealia's in Burton, Ohio, would be our pick if you are looking for one.

Kid-friendliness: They have a lovely private room and gift shop upstairs geared towards children.
We LOVE this place! Always the most delicious food, quaint atmosphere, extremely polite and responsive waitresses and other staff, so overall 5/5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you don't like tea, still give it a try! Their food is SO good!!! ?? ❤️

Just finished celebrating my mom's birthday here, and they really made us feel special. I placed a reservation online and said what we were celebrating they called to confirm my reservation. And even when I called to let them know we were running late they were so understanding. They had a special table for us and even a tea cup that said Happy Birthday for my Mom!! We both ordered the high tea with a small pot of tea and thank goodness we were hungry between the sandwiches and the sweet it's is hard to say what was the best. Everything was fresh and full of flavor the chocolate mousse cups being the favorite by a very narrow margin. Our tea blends were both delicious and they even have tea pot cozies to keep the tea warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great high tea with the atmosphere to match!!!!! Definitely calling in March to see if they will be open for Mother's day!!!!!

Decided to treat myself for my bday. The service was excellent. The rooms were so pretty. The baked potato soup was delicious. The tea was good but had I thought of it ahead of time, I would have asked for stronger tea. Mine was too weak for my liking. My only complaint is red onions in the tuna. Can’t abide that. I don’t know why people insist on putting onions in tuna salad. They are so overpowering you can’t taste the tuna. But that’s the only flaw I found in this lovely place.
