Ordered 2 online orders and one in the inside.my big order was completely nasty. Old burger Patties and thin chicken half the size of the bun and all breading.if going to this location I would definitely go during peak hrs, As a restaurant manager I would be appalled if that would exit my restaurant.

I tried the chicken cordon blue and the jalapeno slider and I was thoroughly impressed. Loved it. I added bronco Berry sauce to the jalapeno slider. I'm ecstatic the potato cakes that are back for sure! Love them more than their Fry's

I just moved to chardon a couple months ago and I go here for the turkey sandwich 2-3 a week not one single time have they ever forgotten a sauce or messed up my order and when one of the managers is there I don't even have to order this place is really efficient and has it together

The workers were so kind in helping my mom and I inside with her wheelchair, since the doors are not automatic. They helped us move around and get situated. They were kind and thoughtful and quick to get our food out to us. The food was hot and crispy, too. Good experience.

The most incompetent Arby’s. They cannot get an order right. Ordered beef and cheddar, and got only roast beef. Ordered loaded fries, got regular. Not to mention the food is room temp at best. This is every visit with them. No worries, I’ll just be going elsewhere.
