I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.
Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol

Ordered 2 online orders and one in the inside.my big order was completely nasty. Old burger Patties and thin chicken half the size of the bun and all breading.if going to this location I would definitely go during peak hrs, As a restaurant manager I would be appalled if that would exit my restaurant.

I tried the chicken cordon blue and the jalapeno slider and I was thoroughly impressed. Loved it. I added bronco Berry sauce to the jalapeno slider. I'm ecstatic the potato cakes that are back for sure! Love them more than their Fry's

I just moved to chardon a couple months ago and I go here for the turkey sandwich 2-3 a week not one single time have they ever forgotten a sauce or messed up my order and when one of the managers is there I don't even have to order this place is really efficient and has it together

The Reserve Roast Beef sandwich was delicious and moist. The Premium chicken nuggets were okay but barely warm and a bit dry.
They changed chicken sandwiches, chicken was a little dry

The workers were so kind in helping my mom and I inside with her wheelchair, since the doors are not automatic. They helped us move around and get situated. They were kind and thoughtful and quick to get our food out to us. The food was hot and crispy, too. Good experience.
