Ordered a take out meal at 3:39 on Saturday for a 5:00 pickup, didn’t get my order until 6:15,they didn’t put the bread in the bag.the food was lukewarm. It’s sad because bob Evans at on time was our favorite restaurant

We’ve been here a few times. Service & Food is always great. We stopped in after what I consider after the lunchtime rush hour. It was 2:30pm. Parking was great and plenty of parking spaces. We waited to be seated and someone came in after us and they were seated right away. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room. I told the girl at the counter and she smiled and said I know but don’t have time to service it. Finally got our food after 45 mins. Went to check out and the register had crashed and it takes 7 mins to reboot. Ug!! Bad service all the way around. The waiter never even came to ask us if everything was OK with our meal. He didn’t even give us straws. Hopefully it gets better and this Bob Evan’s can give the staff better training! Bob Evan’s is one of our favorite places to eat and I am glad they are not all like this.

Terrible place to go we had to wait 25 minutes for a staff member to say it would be another half hour for a table the whole back section was empty. And another 45 minutes for our food and it was cold I will never come back the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in Chardon shame on you Bob Evan’s

Them seemed very under staffed. It took a while to get seated and forever for the food. The potato soup was good, everything else was just edible. The place was surprisingly dirty.

It had to have been the worst dinner I had ever had, the wrong soups were brought out. The salad was horrible and the BLT had a quarter of a piece of bacon on it and in burnt toast!!

On Friday 9/13/24 placed order on app at 5:30. Was there at 5:50, not only myself but other customers were ignored and told one person was handling pick up orders. The waitress was very nice but couldn’t help me. I walked out after 6:30 without my order. I did not want cold food, was probably sitting on counter the whole time I was there. This is unacceptable lack of customer service! I have sent multiple emails and tried calling and could not talk to anyone or get a reply email. My credit card better not be charged either!

Shout out to our waitress for excellent service and great attitude while finishing a 12 hour shift. We were there close to closing time and place had a pretty good crowd. She was busy but kept up with everything.
