We went here for the first time today and we ordered a bagel and coffees and 5 mins pass we get our coffees and the next 30 mins pass by and I ask the Mexican girl at the register how much longer for our one bagel she said we’re busy that was it. Than 20 more mins pass by and we got back in line and when we got to the register the Mexican girl ran to the back and sent a blonde girl up to take care of us and we told her what was going on and everything told her we have been waiting a hour for our ONE BAGEL and she looks at the counter and our bagel has been sitting there of an hour straight!!! She asked if we want them to remake it and said she was so sorry I’m so disappointed in the people that work there they need more people like the blonde girl!
My family has frequented buckeye for years to get breakfast and lunch, but the quality seems to be going down. They are very cheap on the avocado for avocado toast which is $10 and when we asked for extra crispy bacon they gave us pretty much raw bacon (picture attached). Very disappointing when trying to support a local business
Love Buckeye! Definitely a popular spot on the weekends. Plan for wait time in the drive thru.

Buckeye is my go to for coffee any time I'm in the Chardon area. The food is delicious the drinks are amazing and the staff is so friendly.

This is a perfect cafe to come to when meeting up with friends. They have a lot of nice options on their menu. I had the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce and it was excellent.

Good coffee house and home made chocolates
Chocolates were good, a little too salty and a little too sweet than should be, but it’s a common problem in the US. Coffee was not bad but neither was great. Again, common for the land.
We have just had lunch so we were not hungry and were only looking for coffee, so that we did not check the food, however what we saw looked good, so we’ll probably come back to check it.
