Going downhill. Seem to be too focused on the food and the espresso drinks are suffering while consistency remains shaky. They changed bagels a while ago, too, and they're awful now. Went from New York bagels to a local bagel maker and they're just so chewy and dry now.

Placed a phone order, went in and paid, collected my order, and then had someone chase me into the parking lot to ask if I had paid or not. When I said yes she asked if I was sure because I had ordered over the phone. When I said yes again she said ok and walked back inside. Unpleasant experience after already paying $17 for a few bagels.

They're getting a bit faster with service, but still you have to have extra time if you come here. So thankful for the local place to meet friends and the Good food and drinks. excellent layout too. A million times quieter than a Starbucks!

I'm hardly in Chardon but was visiting someone & had to stop here. They clearly offer gluten free food, and had the BEST coffee mocha I have ever had! Double win! Plus I was able to buy some delicious truffles as a gift. Triple win!

Really disappointed. The drive through was kind of quick but not really. I got a matcha and it was SO clumpy they didn’t even mix it. If you don’t know how to properly make matcha please don’t sell it. It was so bad I took one sip and had to throw it away and waste my money. They also didn’t put in the flavors I requested. Will not be back to try more.

terrible service. They forgot an item of mine and allowed me to sit in the drive-through for a full 10 minutes while completely refusing to acknowledge my existence. Even started handing orders out through their payment window. Real classy.

Please do yourself a favor and stop by you will not be disappointed. I got the turkey Panini and the chai tea. Excellent quality, friendly staff great chef !! Reasonable prices. Better than the supermarket or the fast food in Chardon. it truly is a gem in Chardon!!
