Worst experience, no customer service, HORRIBLE Food, not clean, not friendly. I was not even able to eat the beef and broccoli. I don’t believe it was beef. I really don’t like to say bad things about any business, but if I can prevent somebody from having this kind of experience, I feel I have to..DON’T GO HERE!

I ordered take-out so can’t comment on the atmosphere. But I was very disappointed in my meal. The chicken was slimy and had no flavor. I ended up eating just a bit of the fried rice and the egg roll and threw the rest away. The vegetables looked like long strips of kale & long chunks of onion. I will never order food from there again.

-- DO NOT GO HERE -- Do yourself a favor, go to a different place. First things first, the food is incredibly overpriced for the small portion you get, the food is definitely processed food that was not cooked right, and all 3 members of my family got food poisoning from their food. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is gross and the little kid working the front didn't ask anything, just asked for my name for the food and then just stuck his hand out, not asking if I want sauces, or anything of that nature. Overall one of the worst expireances for getting food. I can't emphasize enough how bad the food is, do not go here!

China house always comes through with fresh, crispy takeout. I haven't had anything I don't like from here. The bourbon chicken is especially good. Egg rolls are great, soup is great, price is affordable and I can't help but love the rude young man who works the counter.

Walked up to counter. Young child looked up to help. Turned and looked at computer, then turned back down to his phone or tablet he was watching. Never asked to take our order. Gave it 2 mins of standing at counter and then left. So no clue on food, must not be that good if they don't want to sell it.. Atmosphere was standard China house restaurant.

Mongolian beef was lacking in flavor, no green veggies, mostly onions. Do not recommend. Sweet and sour pork was just ok, some bits were just balls of batter and no pork. Shrimp fried rice lacked in shrimp. My family complained a lot. 3 stars because it was edible but not that good.

Fried rice was okay The egg roll was half burnt in my general Tso's chicken was extremely overcooked It was like chewing on a piece of wood.
Poor food quality all around. Extremely over priced. Will not be ordering again. Highly disappointing.

Wow this food really sucks like eating frozen food but worse.my wife pucked for two days after eating the lo mien.i can go on and on how bad it really was but I would run out of lines.wow wow bad.

We have given this place several chances since they changed ownership a few years ago.... Yesterday will be the last time I will spend my money here, I will go somewhere out of town. The quality of the food is not good at all. The chicken is always a weird texture and very stringy (every single time I've ordered it, it's been like this). Food tastes low quality, old and reheated. Crab Rangoon doesn't really have filling in it. The freezer section in the Marc's next door has way better options for less money. It's such a shame because this place was my favorite when the old owners had it. Very disappointed.
