I got the sesame chicken and porked fried rice lunch combo. It was pretty good! And you can't beat the price. I have a feeling that when people aren't happy with the product or service is when they leave a bad review. The other 99 people who DO like a product/service RARELY leave a review. So I take reading reviews with a grain of salt. With that said, when I am in Chardon again, I will be stopping here again.

I stopped in for food and the child working the front desk ran my card twice. I asked if it would charge me twice and she said no. I had a feeling so I held on to my receipt. It did and when I called to ask about it they acted like I never stopped in. I had to physically drive up there and show them the charges and my receipt. Wildly annoying. Always pay cash.

Fried rice was okay The egg roll was half burnt in my general Tso's chicken was extremely overcooked It was like chewing on a piece of wood.

Food is always good/fast and fresh. Egg rolls are the best around and most of the time ready in ten minutes for pickup! Sweet and sour chicken is the go 2

The order was exactly the opposite of what I ordered. The omission of onion was requested. Before we ended the call, the lady taking the order kindly repeated exactly what i had ordered. We were on the same page. Instead of fried rice with peas and carrots, no onion. I got a gigantic helping of onions and no peas and carrots. After painstaking removing all the onions, the fried rice was just ok (2-2.5 stars). Accidents happen, but that added with the cleanliness of the storefront makes this a 1 star review. I'm well aware of the you get what you pay for thought process. And I'm aware of certain stereotypes with Chinese restaurants cleanliness levels. I'm not that picky. I observe the 5 second rule, but that is my floor. Had I ever been in this restaurant before ordering over the phone, I would not have ordered from them. The place is disgusting. There are dried food spills all over the floor by the counter. I would hate to see the kitchen. The son, I'm assuming, was wearing crocks half off his feet and rubbing them on the grimy floor, while the sister, I assume, was belting out ticktocks of lady Gaga at full volume. There is nothing at this restaurant that that would ever make me want to return.

Food was cold. Kids playing, screaming and running all over the restaurant. The lady at the counter didn't care about the chaos. The food was not fresh. I ordered pork fried rice and the rice was crispy, you know it's been sitting out for a while. My husband ordered a szechwan beef and wanted it extra spicy and it was not spicy at all. Don't waste your money and time. Find a different place to eat elsewhere.

We are repeat customers and have noticed the quality of food has plummeted yet the prices have raised. There is no filling in the crab Rangoon, and they even remade them..with no filling. I can get over the 10 year Olds working the register but crab Rangoons? C'mon man.

Bland ... Bland ... Bland ... Ordered the hot and sour soup, fried dumplings, general tso's chicken. The hot and sour soup and the general tso's chicken were extremely bland. Not a pepper to be seen though both are shown as spicy on the menu. The dumplings were emaciated, not plump at all. Looked and tasted like they had been in the freezer. Not a repeat for me.

No stars. Absolute worst chinese anywhere. Got sick the first time and second time didn't resemble anything like Chinese but more of a soup. Ordered the same thing 2 different ways. Bourbon chicken.... not supposed to be a soup like consistency so I refused to buy it the second time. Save your money, go to marcs or aldis and buy frozen. You won't die and it will taste 100 times better.

Just picked up lunch. Wonton soup is warm yellow water. There isn't an ounce of flavor. Pork fried rice tastes like nothing. Ordered shrimp chow mein and got shrimp with wilted iceberg lettuce. This place gets worse every time I go. I won't be back.
