Got a second blizzard from here now and literally barely anything in it. Just ice cream. Get it together. People pay a lot for nothing

At this point, this Dairy Queen feels like a social experiment to test how long customers will tolerate chaos. Weeks without cotton candy sprinkles — weeks! It’s not 1842, and sprinkles aren’t a scarce resource. They’re sugar. Bright, happy, beautiful sugar that somehow this location treats like a rare fossil. Every time I ask, it’s the same tired “we’re out” excuse. How are you out of the one thing that makes the cotton candy Blizzard actually cotton candy?

Then there’s the headset situation — an absolute disaster. Employees yelling through broken equipment like it’s a game of telephone gone wrong. The drive-thru sounded like static and despair. It shouldn’t take a degree in communication to order ice cream.

It honestly feels like nobody here cares. Machines breaking, supplies missing, zero urgency to fix anything. The place looks fine, but the energy? Dead. The “Queen” part of Dairy Queen must’ve abdicated the throne, because this location is running like a kingdom in ruins.

Please, for the love of all things frozen and sweet, get it together. Fix your headsets. Restock the sprinkles. Stop turning every visit into a test of emotional endurance.

Everytime I order from them, they don’t listen. I asked for chocolate ice cream and they always do vanilla. Why can’t they just get it correct?

Every time I come to your location my item is always messed up. How hard is it to put chocolate instead of vanilla when she even repeated it back to me the correct way. Apparently, you don’t give receipts anymore either. Extremely disappointing.

They don't only have great ice cream, one of the best fast food burger places hands down. Plus they are super fast, don't be afraid of a long line. Trust me McD, BK, and wendys could learn a lot from these people.

Have a tradition every Saturday there is a group of us that go to the drive-through window.. we are older and love the young people that work night shift. They are a lot of fun and good laughs and we tell all our friends about this Dairy Queen. Recently, there’s a young lady there with pinkish color hair that should not be dealing with the public very rude. If she is a good worker, I don’t know she should be in the back ground and not heard. Even through the pandemic, we still supported our Dairy Queen. Thank you for listening.

This Dairy Queen is usually great, we come here regularly. But tonight there was a girl with pink hair at the window who was just not nice. Would recommend coming any night she's not there. The evening crew is usually tremendous. Watch out for

The hotdog was over heated, sundae tasted like the ICE cream was watered down

Worst service ever. Waited 45 mintues at the counter with not one for the 3 girls there at take our order or even say a word to us. All we ordered was an orange julius and even that was wrong. Not worth the wait. Next time we go out for a special treat it will be at King Kone!
