I can really only give the food a 1 star. I had a pick up order and my fiance picked it up. I will say the pizza sucked bad. We got a meat lovers with light sauce. Tell me why there was pretty much no sauce? It was dry enough to damn near choke you instead. Ive had better pizza from shittier places for half the price for the same exact thing I ordered. Dont bother with pizza from here. Go somewhere else and save yourself from choking. Not worth $20 at all.

We’ve been ordering from here consistently but it’s gone down hill in the past month. Delivery drivers have been amazing it’s the quality of the pizza being made and most of the time it’s undercooked. We asked for our pizza to be remade and sent out but all they would do is give us a credit. I keep hoping for better customer service but we will no longer be using them.

Delivered to the wrong place, which is fine, but then i had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting told i got it qhen i in fact did not, then the manager was very rude, told me i got it. When they redelivered it, they then told me they did infact deliver to the wrong place. Rude staff. Go to the chesterland dominos, ive never had this issue with them.

Well. I've been sitting here for 47 mins waiting for my pizza to be done. It was set to be done at approx. 47 mins ago. I have not been the only waiting or having issues in general. Very disappointing. I will be surprised if it comes out good. Since its said cooking now for like 20 mins. Guaranteed it will be over cooked or not cooked all the way. But I will surely update.
These people won't deliver 5.5 miles down the road. My side road is off the road they are on just outside town.

I ordered pizza cause I wasn’t interested in turning on my oven but I am still going to have to turn on my oven and add cheese to the pizza! It’s uncooked and barely any cheese! Look at this pic.. They call this a pizza with normal cheese! Although I will say their Cheesy stuffed Pepperoni bread is delicious!!!

A very good Domino's. Glad they are back in Chardon. Have always had positive interactions here. Everyone is very nice and will go out of their way to make sure all is right. Great place!!!!

Terrible food. Dough was not cooked thoroughly. Called to complain, said would refund me. That was 2 months ago still no refund. Terrible customer service also.
