Look, it's Dunkin. You know what to expect. Tasty donuts and great coffee! A place like this just needs to deliver what their brand is known for - and they do! The ownership and staff at the Chardon location are excellent! My family visits once or twice a week. They know us all 😀. If everyone ran their businesses like these fine folks, we'd all be a lot better off! Drive on in for a Boston cream donut and extra large hot carmel decaf - my favorite! Dunkin' had a coconut milk option for the Refresher drinks originally. The Strawberry, Watermelon, Coconut milk Refresher was the best tasting beverage, period! It still boggles my mind that Dunkin' removed it from their menu! It cost their review from me 2 whole stars. 🤯

I visit Dunkin’ Donuts at various locations and always get an egg bagel sandwich with cream cheese andded. Every other store charges .75 cents for the cream cheese which is about a tablespoon. Chardon charges $2.25 for a tablespoon of cream cheese!!! Outrageous!!

Terrible experience came here for the national coffee day, had no idea it couldn’t be a latte ( first time ordering at dunkin usually a starbucks girly and will be the last time ordering at dunkin!) i asked him if he could just get me a coffee then that will work for the deal and he was just straight up rude and totally not worth my time here. don’t recommend this place
