Most rude service ever, walked out after a 35 minute wait for our wings, asked our sever where are wings were and she decided to be a smartass and say probably in the deep fryer, when she brought them out they eere freaking cold. Never again will I visit this or any of your establishments again!
We absolutely LOVE The Hambone! From our first visit, we were hooked. The staff is always amazingly friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and the service and atmosphere are great. We feel lucky to live so close and to be able to go often.
Everyone at my table received their food except for me. I waited an additional 30 minutes to get what I ordered. I didn't receive any reason or apology. We asked for our checks and waited for another 15-20 minutes then asked someone else for the checks. I was speaking to someone, the manager I assume, and expressing concerns and he dismissed what I was saying and said "we're busy".
