Based on the reviews, Hayashi Mayple is a hidden gem for sushi lovers. The specialty roll menu is huge, with creative and unique options. The American Dream, Angel, Long Island, and Chardon rolls are all packed with flavor and have their own unique twist. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who keep a smile on their face. The restaurant is in a dying strip mall but transforms into a nicely renovated space inside with nice tall booths for a private experience. The Hibachi dinners are also delicious, with flavorful steak and chicken served with a nice portion of rice and yum yum sauce. The atmosphere makes for a perfect date night. Despite one mistake where a meal was forgotten, the rest of the meals were great and the staff handled it well. This is a spot worth coming back to.
