I have to give kudos to King Kone. We know how awesome they are as we are frequent fliers. We laugh and joke that there must be crack in the ice-cream (CLEARLY A JOKE!!). But I ordered an ice cream pie online, and it just so happens that they are closed for a few weeks. I was impressed with Gail and her communication along with the manager Margret. Margret had no problem making us the pie and then meeting me there to pick it up. This isn’t something I would expect, ever, especially during a down time as we ALL need breaks. But this was really appreciated and it was delicious!!

Had their ice cream truck @ my son’s grad party.. price. Was. Crazy. Extra charge to drive from chardon to willoughby. Asked if the girls were keeping track of the total so we didn’t go over 100. They waved it off like it wasn’t a big deal.. then was later charged for 1 ONE extra person 🤣🤣 like what. Although enjoyable, I’d check out the other dessert trucks next time. Seemed scammy.
The long line was worth the wait. It moved pretty quickly. Ice cream was delicious. Lots of options to choose from....

The location was nice and clean and provided several tables to sit at outside. The portions were HUGE and the kids took their left overs home and ate them the next day. There are a lot of menu options to pick from. Plenty of parking. We all loved it and would definitely go back!

It was my first time there. I went because all the owners videos talk about lots of toppings which is what i like. I got a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, krunch kote and bananas. There was hardly any hot fudge or krunch kote. It was mostly vanilla ice cream which is NOT what I wanted. I won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

A ton of choices, with friendly people and small town charm. It was like a warm feeling, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The customers in line were friendly. This was like an episode of the Gilmore Girls or Andy Griffith with that down home feeling.
