Didn't fill my drinks all the way. Took 10-15 minutes to get my order as I watched about 10 cars go by me. Ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins, 2 hashbrowns, and 2 orange juice.

Maybe this is God’s way of telling me not to eat fast food, but….. I ordered our food at the register as Dine-In and was given a table number placard/tent. After waiting 19 minutes at our table and realizing we would need to take our food to go, I approached the counter. I asked the clerk for three to-go bags and if he knew how much longer it would be before our food came out. I told him my order number was 205. Another customer waiting for his food informed me “205 is on the take-out counter and it’s been there a while.” I kindly expressed my displeasure to both the clerk and the manager who happened to be within ear shot. Neither of them tried to understand what happened, offer any explanation or apology. All I got was blank stares. This restaurant has been struggling lately with timeliness and accuracy of orders.

515pm Dec 2nd middle of snow storm: Mobile order including nuggets, left the drive thru, got home, opened bags .. no sauce no napkins, and a missing mcdouble. Called to speak to someone, only offered option was for me to drive back out and pick up the mcdouble... lol Thanks Karissa (manager)

Called about doing a “late night snack” for our wedding today (Nov 10 2024 at 1:50pm ET) and she went to ask about it and I’m not sure if they knew I could hear them but they were talking poorly about that idea, saying that’s weird that she’d want McDonald’s at her wedding and laughing about it like it was stupid. Kinda rude and my wedding will be 100k so in every way possible, it’ll be a great wedding. The lady she had to asked laughed at this ask multiple times and made me feel dumb.

I’ll bring my business elsewhere. :)

I grocery shop near this location and get a large iced tea for the long drive home. I go through the drive thru. Since I live 30 minutes away, I request an extra cup of ice so the drink stays cold. I usually don't have a problem with that request, but there's ONE young man who refuses to grant my request. He routinely gives me about 10 small ice cubes and no extra cup of ice. The tea is stored in the restaurant at room temperature, so you naturally need lots of ice to cool the tea sufficiently. When asked for extra ice he says he can't. When asked if he could at least add ice to the cup of tea he refuses, saying he can't. I pointed out that all of the ice had already melted and he just shrugs. This happens every time this guy is serving. No other employee, at any location I've been through across the entire country, has ever refused ice in a drink that is supposed to be served ice cold. Other than that, I haven't had many orders made wrong.

I just left this location picking up dinner for my kids from the drive-through. I waited over 30 minutes to be handed cold food with no apology or explanation. This is not the first time this location has been subpar. Another time they were completely out of chicken nuggets. How does that even happen. Don’t bother coming here. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

The drive thru is incredibly slow. The line at lunch makes it completely a waste of time. I
have an hour lunch and literally 22 minutes of it was spent in line, even tho I mobile ordered. I stopped going at breakfast for the same reason. The staff is nice but it's not fast food any longer.

Forgot my fries, no pickles or onions on cheeseburgers, only one patty on Big. Mac. The cashier was an automaton and the "server" said here's your food. No wonder Mickey D is in trouble. Good to know everyone is happy working there. Wow!

It's what you would expect from a normal McDonald's experience. I've gone several times, though I would either fix the times or get better. Several times I walked there at 6:00-7:30 (when they're listed as having an open dining room) only to find the doors still locked despite the fact that I ordered a counter pickup on their app beforehand, then I would have to walk all the way back to get my car.

My daughter and I picked up lunch when I was out in Chardon for a doctor's appointment. I'd never been to this McDonalds before as it's about an hour away from our house. I sat in the parking lot and ordered through the mobile app. I literally pulled up to the intercom, mentioned I had a mobile app order with 2 of the numbers and the lady said my name. I confirmed, pulled around and my order was being handed to me with a smile from a very friendly guy. He gave me the feeling he was the manager, with his confidence and experience. He even informed me my straw was in the bag (for my Oreo frappe, which is my first time trying that). His pleasant attitude is what first made me notice how nice this pick up order was, but a couple minutes into our drive I went to hand my daughter a napkin from my bag (which I was so happy was included), when she said "you can keep it Mom, I have one". I responded "They even put a napkin in your Happy Meal?". She said yah. I was shocked. Not that I should be shocked. Napkins should be in a kids meal. And there wasn't an abundance of napkins. It was 1 or 2 for both of us. I know this isn't that exciting, but it was just a really great order that had me thinking how great it was even after we left and now a week later to leave this review. Most of the time when I'm dealing with any customer service I'm thinking to myself, wow, this person really hates their life. Not this time. His attitude really was contagious. It made me smile and trust me, I'm a hockey Mom, sometimes I am the exact opposite of Suzy Sunshine. I meant to do a survey about that guy at the window, but I have to figure out if you can even do those on the mobile receipts.

Kid-friendliness: Was blown away that my daughter had a napkin in Happy Meal. What a nice surprise.
