My experience at this Pizza Hut location was so bad that I will never eat at any Pizza Hut ever again! I placed an order online and my boyfriend went to pick it up. When he got there they took payment immediately then a minute later told him they didnt know what happened to the order, but it wasnt there. My boyfriend said “well what do we do?” And all they could say is “I dont know!!!” He asked if it could be delivered when it was ready and they said they didnt have enough drivers and he would need to wait or come back. When he came home and told me I tried to call and get my money back because this was not the first bad experience at this location, but was definitely going to be the last! Of course my call went to a call center in a different country with a recorded response that my order was already picked up! When I was finally able to talk to someone, they transferred me to the store but it just rang and rang. I went back to the store to get a refund. They proceeded to tell me several times that my order was there and ready for me to take and they had no idea what my boyfriend was even talking about. I had to tell them five different times I didnt want the food and to give me my money back. All I got was attitude and excuses that they were busy with over 100 hundreds. If you cant handle the volume, dont take the order. What a poor justification for horrible service.

Stopped in for the buffet this week. The waitress was friendly and seated us promptly. We had the lunch buffet. Salad was fresh and there was plenty of pizzas to choose from. For a quick cheap lunch it is a good alternative to the burger joints.

Went in to pizza hut chardon at 5:47 today. I asked for ice water and the girl brought me half glass of warm water. And no Ice for my husband's drink and without ice as well. When we told waitress which she had blond hair skinny yound lady. When we asked she made a pissy sound so we just walked out without ordering. She never did bring the water because she was playing on her phone.

Me and my wife went there on 1/22, you have to order at the counter and pay then. Pop is served in 20oz bottles, no refilles, pizza is served at the table in the box, I asked for silverware and Einstein brought us 1 fork and 1 knife for two people ,If your too cheap to hire help then close, the only thing on the salad bars was Lettuce and cheap cheese, the space can be use by a good pizza shop, go elsewhere

Came in to Pizza Hut at 7 pm. I should have known better as no one was in parking lot or restaurant. Salad bar had brown salad, person working said grab a seat and come to register to order, no water available. That was the last straw so we left- Other pizza places in Chardon will get my business. Wish I could have given a “0”.
