Was thru-hiking the Maple Highlands Trail with my fav girl. We stopped mid hike for a pup cup (no vehicle, we had already walked 5.5 miles), was informed they only honor service dogs in the store. Didn’t ask if she was a service dog, just told me twice that non-service dogs were not allowed in the bldg. First I will say that everyone who works at this location is very nice. With that said, to say training at this location was apparently overlooked is an understatement. I've been ordering the exact same drink from Starbucks for years. How is it that every other Starbucks within the US as well as foreign countries are able to consistently make & provide me with what I order, yet the Chardon location is incapable of doing this?
