Normal have great service in the morning and they are very attentive just this time I went I asked for a pup cup as it was her last day to try one and last day on earth. When i pulled to the window and asked they said I would need to buy something and I offered to pay for it expecting for them to put the cheapest thing on or even a water at whip but I was told there wasn’t a button for it and it could not be done. When I called the store they told me they could be fired for it and asked if I wanted to talk to the owner. At this point I was already far on my way and did not want to come back to this establishment. I myself have worked in the food industry and understand the regulations but am disappointed in the lack of effort to understand the customer nor offering any other options on how we could get this done. Over all disappointed. All I wanted was whip cream for my dog and was will to pay anything and they would not budge on saying no.

It's Starbucks what else can I say?! It's a little like McDonald's where you can anywhere in the US and its the same. That's what makes it a chain and that's why you go there.

I stopped going here the past month cause they can never consistently make my drink correct its always different each time. Sometimes its too brown not enough cream other times its white looking like i was served plain milk with a dash of coffee and then other times its like they forget to put the sweetner. Well i came to this location again cause this one is most convenient for me and again after 3 tries they could not make the drink correctly. The first time they forgot to add the sweet syrup the second time the drink they hand me looks like milk with how much cream was used then the third time again this is a white drink that should look more brown like coffee was actually used. I will try to keep going to the other Starbucks that is farther cause they can consistently make a drink that is close to the recipe unlike the one in charon where they must just wing the recipes

The parking lot is laughably undersized for a market that drives large SUCs and big trucks. Worst aspect of the location. Everything is corporate cookie cutter Starbucks that folks know and love, but best of luck getting in and out.

Worst service by the older lady in morning, takes 6 minutes to make one drink when only one in line, she might need to retire or get a new job. Not friendly
Rude a and too much ice. But good chairs tho. Was built where an abandoned house was. Wish the house was still there.

Starbucks is getting ridiculous with their ICE. Purchasing a drink nowadays it’s loaded with ICE. These drinks are not cheap to get a cup full of ice is ridiculous, my mother asked why are they filling the cups with ICE the employee said the owner told them to. It’s worth driving to a different Starbucks out of Chardon.
