Great crew with a very effective management team. While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy. I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.

I have gone inside to take a break & kill time on occasion. This business was very convenient for my family & neighbors during a weekend neighborhood power outage.
Vegetarian options: It is very easy to order for any diet restrictions. All menu items can easily be customized to order.
Dietary restrictions: All dietary restrictions are easy to order for with adaptable order preferences.
Parking: There is a specific entrance & exit that was designed to accommodate the drive through line.
Wheelchair accessibility: One ground floor with open space for easy wheelchair access & din-in seating.

Coffee of course is great. Unfortunately the employees aren't very friendly and when you ask a question it seems like you are bothering them. Wish they were like the Starbucks in Aurora where the employee are very friendly!
Parking: They don't have enough parking to handle busy times and if the drive thru is busy good luck getting in or out!

My croissant and coffee was amazing! I went through the drive thru with my dog and the gave me a pup cup for her! She enjoyed that very much! Staff was super nice, definitely recommend!

I go here at least 5x a week. The ladies are delightful, they know my name & order. Always friendly and smiling! Never had ANY issues. I see alot of complaints about rudeness, in other reviews, well from experience, it's most likely the customer(s). Chardon is full of 'entitled' rude people, I've worked out here in many places, so i know. Change your attitude and approach or make your own coffee ?this is the best Starbucks! I’m at Starbucks every single day. I was even there on Christmas. With the exception of one day where some idiots decided to mess everyone’s day up with a “pay it forward” prank that never ended, I’ve never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for my order. Generally I order ahead when I’m on my way in and my coffee is waiting on the counter when I arrive. The employees are very professional, exceedingly friendly, and they keep the store spotlessly clean and organized.I’ve never seen them not busy but they always take the time to say hello and make me feel welcome.Chain restaurants are touchy in a place like Chardon where we value relationships over anything else but the crew at Starbucks gets it right.

Please make sure your staff understands what. “ open faced “ is ….I get mine open faced so the bacon is cooked done n not left all fatty … They haven’t done it right in the last 2 weeks !!! I’ve been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks and am getting tired of bringing home food I have to finish cooking !!!Never had this problem until recently. You need to teach your staff better. !!
