I ordered a Chicken and Bacon salad online on 05/17/2025. It was by far the most discusting salad I ever ate and literally made me vomit. The cucumbers were spoiled, the bacon was barely cooked nor was it cut up. The avocado was smashed into the bacon and made the entire salad soggy. I understand people wanna go home at night, but if your employee isnt going to make quality of food for your customers, that employee shouldn't be employeed!!!!! That was not a fresh, crisp salad. It was rushed, thrown in the bag and absolutely unexceptable.
Employees are always very nice
If you benefit from corporate promos (exposure) then location chooses not to participate, I choose not to patronize.
It took a long time for them to make th3 pizza because according to them, no one orders pizza, so they freeze them. I started eating it, and some of it was frozen, and some of it was burnt.

Bread tasteless, meat so thin you can see thru it.

Nice, clean, friendly, fast service
I had lunch here after my appointment with the Cleveland Clinic Rehab Center across the parking lot. My footlong Sub was very good. The inside was clean and larger than most Subway shops I've been in recently. I will go back to this Subway again!

2 of the 4 subs ordered looked like they were thrown together from 5 feet away. Never again ordering on the app. You need to stand there and watch them or they do whatever they want. Very disappointing.
Service was great, the place was very clean, and the food was delicious

The guys working there today have absolutely no idea how to make a sub. I couldn't even eat mine it was so overflowingly packed full of stuff. He put like 20 pickles on a 6-in sub and then I asked for jalapenos and he just went and grabbed a whole handful and smash them on and I looked at him like is this guy serious? I'm not even joking there was like 20 pickles and 20 jalapenos on a 6".. I asked him if he can take some off. Which he did but he has no experience whatsoever or he just didn't care, I worked at Subway for a year and I know that's not how a sub is supposed to be made. Over all the location & place is clean they just need to check the guys working there & retrain them or something
Not the best sub in town, but a nice clean location with good
