The customer service skills of the staff working in this restaurant needs some work. Their rude staff seem unwilling to help customers… Save your money and visit a different Subway location. It will save you a headache from having to deal with the counter staff, and sub par food….. I have an open complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to my last experience there. Stay away!!

Unfortunately, there is no alternative place to eat in the shopping centre in general. The Walmart Subway is sooo dirty. Flys are sitting on the open food, glass windows are covered with fingerprints, layers of dust. The drink area a specially wall looks like someone went bathroom there. Also, no enough covers for the caps. Such a disrespect to the costumers.
The owner of this subway changes employee pay without notification and keeps all credit tips for himself

Seeing other reviews about the rude worker I'm shocked she hasn't been fired yet.I've worked in customer service for nearly a decade and never ever treated a customer as horrible as she does for no good reason. Younger girl with long brown hair and a nose ring, no name tag. She was very extremely rude to us, barking at us asking us what we wanted, slamming the oven door. We looked at each other in disbelief and contemplated walking away mid-order. Not a "have a nice day or thank you" or anything, when we paid she ran away.We thought she was having a bad day but to know she treats a lot of people that way... If your job is so bad go find another, there's no shortage right now. Don't be rude to complete strangers that just want a bite to eat because you hate your sad job.And get a new soda fountain or clean it! Has looked like this for years and we don't buy pop from here because of this.

Don't make the mistake to walk down to register or u may get wrong sandwich. I made it to the fillings and told her she made the wrong sandwich for me and she told me that it was what I asked for.. no, I only get one sandwich and what's he made wasn't it. She wouldn't even change it!!! She was a horrible employer/ lacks customer service and should be highly reprimanded or fired
They don't accept coupons or promo codes. Subway emails me over and over again about a promo then I try to order and they don't participate in the promo. Won't be back if you're not going to look out for your customers.
Oh my gosh train these kids before leaving them alone to serve people. They were out of applesauce for the kids meals but they don't bother to tell you this before making the sandwich so you can change the order. Then they tell you but there isn't any substitute for the apple sauce. Then they don't know how to use the pay with the app...although he did figure it out. Then they don't give napkins and they both walk away from you as you are approaching the counter saying "excuse me." So 4 times I tried to get their attention as they are talking in back to each other and there is no way to get there attention other to pound on something. It was a poor experience. Food was ok. No blue raspberry icees it wasn't frozen.

All the while, both workers were incredibly rude and silent the whole time. I understand it was after the lunch rush, and they may have been tired, but a bad attitude, and overcharging is never acceptable. Plus it irritated my gut anyway, olives and pickles we tasteless, and the bread was awful. Last time eating at Subway!

Horrible experience. Ordered a turkey bacon 12 inch sandwich and a small drink, which usually is around 11 dollars at other subways. They charged me almost 16 dollars for it. All the while, both workers were incredibly rude and silent the whole time. I understand it was after the lunch rush, and they may have been tired, but a bad attitude, and overcharging is never acceptable. Plus it irritated my gut anyway, olives and pickles we tasteless, and the bread was awful. Last time eating at Subway!
I have bought Sandwiches at Chardon Walmart Subway at least a couple times a month for over 3 years.Today I bought 3 small and 3 large subs. The counter girl was courteous and very knowledgeable. I gave her a $10 tip she did not put in the tip jar, seemed like she was only one working.When we began eating our lunch, I realized she had mistakenly put some kind of Southwestern Sauce on our Subs instead of Mayo.When I called to see what had happened, she got belligerent and started barking at me, that Mayo at Subway has always had spices in it, and I didn’t know what I was talking about.Enough said, I will not go back to that Subway again. I hope the owner sees this and takes action. This young woman has no future working with the public.
I understand that this Subway has been struggling for workers and what not but I went in today to get my sandwich as usual and my bread was completely burnt and the chicken was chewy as if it was possibly undercooked.
The "manager" was incredibly rude, a new girl was trying to take my order while another single customer came in behind us, she loudly talked over me trying to place my order to the new customer. Then proceeded to rush around the new worker making the other customers sandwich first and bustling him before me to pay first. I gave her a look and asked if she was serious, all she said was "whatever" with an eye roll... I asked for the manager and she proudly claimed it was her, when I asked for her name she told me she wasn't obligated to say and just walked into the back room leaving the new girl stunned and uncomfortable.... Also said it was policy to serve customers as fast as possible, even if that meant just cutting other people?? What's going on??
Went in around 5:45pm today, lady was very rude and was bossing the new person around to grab her stuff. She kept touching her hoodie sleeves while making the sandwiches for my order. She never changed her gloves after doing so. She slammed stuff around because we got 3 sandwiches instead of 2.
