Went to Chardon Taco Bell yesterday.stood there for 15 mins..no one came up to the counter. Finally, a woman comes up and asks if we're trying to order we said yes, and she said, you can only place orders to the kiosk. We don't do orders at the counter, so we left and we won't be back. I have special ways I have to ask for food to be made. Because I have a condition that affects my health.I can't do it on a kios. Furthermore, you're taking away from someone's job when you do that, I won't be back. This Taco Bell is run by a private franchise. And last year I came there for a special they had just advertised on tv, when I walked up to the counter, the young girl told me they ran that special 3 weeks earlier when I called corporate, they said they should not be doing that. They should be running it as soon as we start advertising it. Plus because they didn't offer that special anymore, I asked for something else to eat specifically.And they said they couldn't make it because the oils in the fryers are being changed at 1 o'clock. In the afternoon, you don't do that in the middle of the afternoon..so after yesterday's experience, we will not be back to that taco bell ever again

Why share the breakfast menu when you refuse to serve it? A few times over the last few months when we went to see if it was available, they have told us they don't do breakfast items, during breakfast hours, I'd say 7 to 9am is when we've tried. Y'all suck.

Lately I have been asking for a CHEESY, bean and RICE burrito, but every single time ive ordered that recently, i've gotten just a cheesy bean burrito with NO RICE, and NO CHEESE.

Every time I go here I order tacos and they are barely half full. I’ve been to many Taco Bell restaurants and this one is by far the worst. I’ve reached out but they gave me attitude. Tried again the other day and same thing.
