Lately I have been asking for a CHEESY, bean and RICE burrito, but every single time ive ordered that recently, i've gotten just a cheesy bean burrito with NO RICE, and NO CHEESE.

I stopped by this morning on my way to a appointment. I just needed something to drink. To my surprise the very kind woman at the window said it is on us today! This was 5/7/2025 at 10:30 am . Thank you so much your kindness made my day! I live in madison and they don't do that here! I love a good fountain diet pepsi.

Every time I go here I order tacos and they are barely half full. I’ve been to many Taco Bell restaurants and this one is by far the worst. I’ve reached out but they gave me attitude. Tried again the other day and same thing.

Did not make my order correctly. Called to ask them to exchange it for the right item. I have called 6 times now and no one will even answer the phone. Also found hair in my food on two different occasions. Smh
Took 20 minutes for 2 crunchy tacos and a Crunchwrap.

We have eaten here 2 times in the last month, and each time was disappointing. Now I remember if we have to do fast food, we go to Middlefield. The beefy 5 layer burrito had less than 1 top of meat and the size of a small sample. My chalupa suprime the 1st time was not toasted the 2nd time it was atvleat warm. The only thing positive was the beverages. We don't drink pop/sodas at home, so the overly sweet mt.dew drink was like a dessert. I had to stick stuff in the oven to crisp. My hands are small, and the pan below is a very small one from aldis.
If you want Taco Bell that actually tastes good and your order will be correct, go to Middlefield.

Preferred to order from a person but had to wait for someone to acknowledge we were there, so used the kiosk. The food was ok and the remodeled interior looks nice but it's not warm and cozy.

The are usually very slow but the food is always good and the tacos are always filled up to the brim with toppings like they are supposed to be! Very good taco bell other than the slow workers
