I love a beefy 5 layer burrito. So I ordered the $7 luxe whatever. Started with the chips and cheese. My chips were so broken up. Very hard to eat. My Doritos loco taco fell apart the second I picked it up. Very hard to eat. My chicken chalupa may have been the best thing. Not great though either. And the finale, the beefy 5 layer burrito I was looking so forward too, SUCKED! Not beefy whatsoever(mostly tortilla). I don't know if I will ever go back.

Building closed and locked 2 hours into open time. Nobody at the drive through. Seems to be a regular occurence with this taco bell.

Foods usually cold in middle especially when ordering burritos in the morning it's like they don't microwave contents long enough, the cost compared to quantity is poor remember the days when tocobell was the place to go for lots of food cheap well those days are long gone.

I only use this place when I desperately need to eat late night. They can't even cut the quesadila. The children they have working there complain about working. Manager needs to clean house.
We recieved the wrong food items at the drive thru when we noticed it we drive thru to ask the employee for the right food we told the employee she walked away the manager came to the window and yelled at us saying we are never allowed to come through the drive thru we must stop at the menu and instead of apologizing we got yelled at she was very rude I have seen any fast food manager as rude as she was

Food appeared to be intentionally smashed. Was missing toppings so it most definitely wasnt what was offered on the menu.
Quantity and quality got smaller but yet prices have gone way up! Hardly any meats on our taco and they were wrapped terribly.
