Terrible. Took forever for 3 simple items. Only one other customer is the place. Nobody in drive thru. Order was for here, but they bagged it. While I was waiting one of the kids behind counter was rubbing his face with his hands. And didnt wash them. Lack of training. No thank you's no greeting. Place is a dump. Nobody Evidently cleans dining room after lunch. Wonder what kind of excuses workers will come up with

Great service, whether Im door dashing or not. The only unfortunate experience I have had there was the fact my ex husband decided to take an alternate route home that allegedly didn’t exist before because he insisted on driving by my apartment every single day to get anywhere but the one day I was in Chardon door dashing at Taco Bell he went out of his way, and drove by, at the exact time I was there, right after a court hearing.

The Mexican pizza I ordered with extra beans had almost no beans at all,also had almost zero tomatoes on top, and the 5 layer burrito did not taste like it should, almost like it had no seasoning at all.

This is the WORST Taco Bell i have ever been to!!! I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas no beans and extra meat and NO extra meat and they PUT BEANS on the pizza and I can't have beans!!!! My husband ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken NO EXTRA CHICKEN on his chicken bowl and dry chicken! No one knows what they are doing and can't get an order right. Chicken was dry, rice tasted weird. Restaurant is filthy, Food made me feel Sick.This is the second time in 3 months our orders were missing the Extra items we paid for. The 2nd time food made me feel sick!! NEVER coming back to this Taco bell again!!!! Read the 1 star reviews that will tell you how bad this place is. Drive the little extra distance and go to the Concord Taco bell. Get your ACTS together and if someone sais NO beans DO NOT PUT BEANS ON IT!!! PEOPLE HAVE ALLERGIES!!

Went to Chardon Taco Bell yesterday.stood there for 15 mins..no one came up to the counter. Finally, a woman comes up and asks if we're trying to order we said yes, and she said, you can only place orders to the kiosk. We don't do orders at the counter, so we left and we won't be back. I have special ways I have to ask for food to be made. Because I have a condition that affects my health.I can't do it on a kios. Furthermore, you're taking away from someone's job when you do that, I won't be back. This Taco Bell is run by a private franchise. And last year I came there for a special they had just advertised on tv, when I walked up to the counter, the young girl told me they ran that special 3 weeks earlier when I called corporate, they said they should not be doing that. They should be running it as soon as we start advertising it. Plus because they didn't offer that special anymore, I asked for something else to eat specifically.And they said they couldn't make it because the oils in the fryers are being changed at 1 o'clock. In the afternoon, you don't do that in the middle of the afternoon..so after yesterday's experience, we will not be back to that taco bell ever again
