1st time visiting was not the charm. I ordered chicken strips and I waited almost 15 minutes for them. Service is terrible. They also only gave me 3 chicken strips total because two of the strips were only half a strip. You would think a Wendy's in Chardon Ohio would serve people like this. I will not return.

Went there and ordered thru the drive thru..literally waited 30 mins. Only one car in front of us. Ordered a large sweet tea, Jr cheeseburger deluxe a nd small fry. Sweet tea tasted like it sat there all day, fries were stone cold and burger bun was hard! The quality of good has gone fown a lot! I used to love going to Wendy's...wont be anymore!

Placed an online order at 10pm according to the website they close at midnight. Arrived at 1018 pm all the employees went to the back of the store. At 1057 pm an employee comes to the window and says we close in 5 minutes and can't make the order. Had someone responded when i arrived at 1018 you would have had plenty of time but no every one wanted to hide and not do their job.

Stopped by the Wendy’s in Chardon, Ohio, and let me tell you—this place delivered. The Baconator I ordered was absolutely bussin’. Perfectly cooked bacon, juicy beef, melty cheese… it hit every craving I had and then some. Honestly one of the best Baconators I’ve had in a minute.
And the Frosty? Delicious. Cold, creamy, and exactly the vibe I needed. It tasted like they made it with extra love that day.
Huge shoutout to Erica, who served me. She genuinely aimed to please from the moment I got to the counter. Super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. Hands down the best employee there—no competition.
