Went to travel through chardon to go to work expecting to get breakfast at 6am but they were closed??? Said they couldn't open bc they had boxes blocking the freezers. This is unheard of!! Very upset.

If the doors are unlocked at eleven a m you may have to come back until that employee finishes their cigarette outside with all the doors locked, also very poor atmosphere, rude employees.I would find another to be honest horror service, rude employees. I drive a lot. I love Wendy's almost every day. I get a frosty and I can tell by the time of day and who keeps their frosty machine running. To produce the right texture of the ice cream and not be frothy. Pass

David at the front replacing Karen was a horrendous idea. First of all the kid didn’t get half the meal right. This kid on many occasions has got my meal wrong, gave me the wrong amount of money back and just doesn’t pay attention to detail. I will not be returning when David is working, when Karen is in the front there is order. Ashley was a lot of help!
This place desperately needs a deep cleaning. The tables are never wiped down and the drink machine is always filthy.

These people are so rude i pull up to the window hi how are you? nothing takes my card charges it then gives it back and closes it. The second window same shit hands me the food slams the window the fries were half full and the sandwiches where slapped together. I work in fast food so i’m not one to complain but your whole jobs is to greet ppl and if you can’t even do that you shouldn’t have a job
