Zeppe's in Chardon is wonderful. Their pizza and food are delicious and flavorful. Everything taste very fresh and yummy. They have many delicious vegetarian options as well. The front store and kitchen crew are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting them again very soon.

Everyone is always saying hello and welcome you which is nice. They're quick and accommodating. The food is great. The prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller, which makes it less frequent that I get to order from them. But when I do as I said the service is great, the people are always working and very accommodating... The decor is a little dated, ie: it's not somewhere I would tell my friends we should go and sit down for pizza. I know everything's a little expensive right now, and it's certainly better than fast food. I say five stars, it's worth the extra money. Kind of even looks like the picture LOL...
Ordered 2 pizzas— thin crust. Both crusts were undercooked and doughy. Both were extremely salty. Ate 1 piece from each and threw the rest away. Inedible. Very pricey for bad food— will not order or recommend again.
