I wish I could give less than one star. The manager doesn't understand the concept of cash transactions and couldn't give me a refund if I first didn't give her the change from my order?
I went to this Burger King location on September 3rd 2022, around 3:45 PM and there was only one employee working. She wasn't the most polite and even when I tipped her she didn't show much appreciation but I have to give it at least 4 stars because it didn't take TOO long for one employee to complete my order (it took about 12 minutes with people both infront and in back of me in the drive-thru and that was with ONE employee). And my food turned out top notch. I somewhat recommend going to this Burger King.
Terrible rude manager i had a order that was previously made wrong i came in to get a replacement. The manager told me i waited to long to get the sandwich i had covid and couldn't get there any sooner the manager told me covid was 2 years ago with a attitude. i cant believe in a world where customers keep you in business and people in jobs burger king would allow staff to do such a bad job with customer service i will not go back to burger king again!
The staff here has a terrible attitude. No manners nor customer service. Especially the worker with the gold double nose rings and the blonde with overly layered mascara.
Truck never brings the supplies. Its been over three months since they could make my hole order. Kinda given up on them. Waste of time and gas.
Terrible customer service, long waits, rude staff. Go somewhere else. Maybe they’ll close and a restaurant who at least pretends to care about their customers will move in.
Cold fries, no dipping sauce for nuggets. No onions or cheese on whoppers after I had to pay extra. People here just don't care or are not capable of doing a simple job!
I walked into this restaurant and there was only 3 people working. The young lady taking my order was very nice, considering they were busy in the drive thru. The gentleman making the food was quick and took great care of everything that I needed (because I’m allergic to a lot of foods). It stinks that this place has selected hours, but after today they need more employees like the gentleman in the back and the ladies taking the orders. I’ll be back again!!!! Thank you lunch crew!
Was told to pull forward, waited 16 minutes for fries to be done, while 6 cars behind me were served and left. Got the wrong items, and was told just call corporate. Last time I will ever go to this Burger King, staff do not care about the customers.
After my daughters long playoff softball game, she was hungry. We pull into BK at 8 but no 1 was answering at drive thru. We had 45 min ride home with no where to stop so I tried the door. I went in and they were closed. The wonderful blonde lady and fryer guy actually welcomed me in and took my order anyway. Started everything back up, and made us hot, yummy food. They were very nice and not even annoyed that I walked in 5 min after closing! Thanks u guys??

NEVER OPEN !!! I’m house sitting for a friend and twice tried to stop. Once before 6:00 on a Friday nite and then Saturday before 4:00 and both times they were closed. Their goofy posted hours state the they are open until 6:00 both days !! They need to give this business up to someone interested in running it properly !!! Very bad reflection on Burger King in general !
This place is a joke. Closing at 3:00 pm. SERIOUSLY! Find someone who actually knows how to run a business or shut down completely! This doesn't deserve any stars. Such a shame because BK was always my first choice for fast food.
March 31, 2022 at 12:45 PMI could care less about food. If it's cold or wrong, I would still eat it. My problem is with the staff.The workers were already in a bad mood when I walked in. They were just saying how much they hated the dining room opening. When I took my order, the guy sounded irritated and disruptive. I wanted to say something but I just kept my mouth shut, knowing they were going through a rush (but at least look and sound more sensible). I shouldn't have to feel to bad if I'm doing my mother a favor.When I worked behind that counter, I did not give rude remarks around the customers. I would give this one star... but the food wasn't bad. Hope they find this comment to learn from.
The food was good, fresh and correct for our order. The people were very nice. And the restaurant was very clean so was the parking lot.
I think the owner wanted to fight me. Lobby is still closed, walked in under the impression the lobby was open. Just started yelling at me like a crazy person. It was over and above disrespectable.
