I know I speak of behalf of any poor soul that has ever had to shop here. Yelp would run out of room before I finished everything that's wrong with this store. The old grouchy lady Bernadette who works in the liquor store is just as mean and rude as they come. How they haven't fire her is amazing to me. But it makes sense she's still here as the general manger is in outer space. He looks like a messed muppet with his odd comb over haircut. Everything about this store is just terrible. Nothing is fresh, it is dirty and the worker just complain non stop even. Avoid this place and go to literally any other spot to shop.

Terrible grocery store, they have basic items, no meat counter, they only have fish on certain days and other days it's just a empty cooler with lights off.

The absolute worst grocery store you'll ever be in. Horrible produce and SLOW long lines. Line was legit 20 people deep and the employee says "I've been working all day I'm taking a break" and walks out. Avoid this place at all costs

Woman in liquor store is very rude and not very helpful. No one in this store is helpful, selections are horrible. Giant eagle should call Hienins and take a lesson from them on how to run a store. Will never go back

I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.

I am so happy to have such a quality grocery store just 5 min down the street, otherwise we'd have to drive to either Chardon or Mayfield Hts, 15 min. away. They are spiffing up the produce department and we are just about always able to find what we need. The employees are friendly and helpful.
This Lil giant eagle is awesome. Great workers. Everytime I come in they have everything I was looking for and so much more. Lines can be long but everyone knows how to check and will get you out quickly. None of those anoying self check outs here. They actually walk you to the item you a e looking for rather then pointing to where it should be. Great store.

Aisles cluttered with "stuff". Not enough lines open, and the ones that are, are extremely slow. The store seems to be taking favorite brands off the shelf, and substituting them with giant eagle brand products. The fruit is mediocre. I do have to say, the staff is extremely nice.

I come here often for food supplies. They have basic items, but they have a critical issue on another end; their food orders. My organization has had the same issue twice now in a 2 year span. We've called nearly a week ahead of time to order 100 pieces of chicken. But both times when I arrived to pick up the order, it wasn't ready, nor did they have record of the needed order. This is very unprofessional and is forcing us to take our business elsewhere. Order from Walmart or somewhere that keeps records. Thanks.

this chesterland location giant eagle is horrible,but it is the only grocery store around close by so i have no chioce to go there. they are the rudes people from the lady in deli to the pharmacy to the service counter even some cashiers. if you cant handle the public or dont like people you shouldnt work here. several times i came in after work around 530 and the deli was close ok so someone called off. And one time the rude lady behind deli told me well hurry up cause i gotta go iam closing(600) decide what you want. the cashiers dont know anything when asking a question. i needed a ticket for useing my own bags one cashier didnt even know about it told me to go to service to get one there and she told me to go to a cashier after 2 min running to different cashiers to get the ticket witch i shouldnt of had to do i left cause they were all rude to me and said i had to get it from the cashier i went threw. when your receipt not right or you think it is not they get rude at service desk.one time a lady was redoing my receipt credit me then recharge she did everything so fast didnt explain what she was doing and when ask for a explaination she said trust me it is right i know what iam doing and on the phone the whole time with a call i still dont know what she did and never got a receipt. this is got to be the rudes store as well as your meat is old and horrible there was browns breakfast sausage the other day 10/4/18 they said it gets like that i had to,bring brown meat back at least 10 times terrible store i refuse to buy meat there.just go there for last min stuff. will not shop there.
