Amazing BBQ! Tender, flavorful meats and delicious sides. Fast, friendly service and great vibes. Can’t wait to come back!
Great BBQ I loved the Ribs and Brisket and Pulled Pork.
Stopped by for dinner around 5PM. Walked in to an empty hostess stand. Not the best first impression having to stand there for over 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Finally an employee who was leaving went into a side room and asked someone to help us.
Food was average BBQ, not horrible and not great. Waitress never came back to check in on us or offer drink refills. Took another 10 minutes after we were finished eating to get the check. Probably won't return.
Great place food was excellent, service is excellent. Will do day trip for lunch
I brought a party of 20 people they gave us one server who was completely useless we had to retrieve her several times just to get condiments she had an extremely bad attitude did not check with us at all acted like she was put out when we'd ask for something extra had to get up several times to get her attention cuz she was sitting at the bar The food was good and I spent a lot of money and had a required gratuity that she absolutely did not deserve I will not bring a party back to this restaurant, I reached out to the manager and they basically ignored me if You're having an event with more than a few people I wouldn't go here
Where do I start? We came in for the Mother’s Day buffet, not busy about 3 other tables seated. We were seated for 15 minutes before putting in our drink orders. The only thing we had to order because we came for a buffet. In the meantime 3, yes 3 of your servers were sitting at a table chit chatting for a good 10 minutes, I sat and watched them while I waited for someone to get my drink order. The entire time we were eating we had to continue to ask for plates and silverware, not once was a finished dish cleared from our table. When we left our table was covered in plates, why was your server not coming through and taking plates as they were emptied? Yet we all paid a 20% gratuity already included in our meal? Your servers put the wrong drinks on the wrong receipts for our group of 10. I paid $128 for food I could get from Golden Corral, and I’d get better service there too. My first and last visit. Absolute disappointment and a huge waste of my hard earned money.
Service is routinely very slow and tonight was no exception. They had a party of at least 50 people and staffing for a normal night. We waited over an hour for our food and that has become the norm. I just don't know why we keep coming back. Shame on us. And then when they turned the Cavs playoff game on, the volume was double what it should have been for a nearly e.pty restaurant. But the food is good.
Paid 20% for gratuity tip for what. Are dishes were piling up on the table we ran out of drinks and had to ask another waitress. The look on her face you can tell she was annoyed. Food was cold and some was dried out. Just horrible service.
Great place to spend time with loved ones, and spousal units.
Me and my husband love this place! Just gave it a try n man we were impressed! Such a blast!

Good food and staff was great.
Bbq and more. Large dining area that can accommodate large parties
We had a large group for dinner 4-23-25. Service was excruciatingly slow. We had to flag down our waitress to get refills on drinks. To her credit she did so happily once flagged down. Appetizers came out of the kitchen slow. We didn't get our food for an hour and a half. When we finally got it my sirloin steak was served on a dirty plate of it's own beef blood. Re plating it would of gone a long way in visual appeal. My food tasted good but the gal seated next to me said her bacon was dry ( she ordered a BLT ). Oh and our water tasted very weird. When we questioned the waitress about it she admitted the water was currently coming from the pop machine.
They had entertainment that night I guess... a guy doing very weird trivia questions.
All in all our group said we won't be back. We'll just pick somewhere else.
Food was good but the service was extremely slow despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all. We had to wait over 40 mins for the food.
Previous visit over 6 months ago was fair at best. Wait time for food was lengthy.
Decided to give it another go tonight……bad decision. Surprisingly there were tables empty at 6:30 when we arrived. In previous visits the place was always packed.
Brisket was very fatty and served over mac and cheese that was borderline cafeteria food. Half eaten plates remained on the table. The manager stopped at the table and we conveyed our concerns. She so graciously removed 20 percent from the bill. Downhill from the days it first opened. We will not be back again.
Our server was terrific.
