I’m not sure how this place is still even open with how terrible it’s been run for several years. You can count on it to take forever for someone to even get to take your order and then the food will be gross when you get it I can’t believe that the Wendy’s corporation allows this place to continue at this low standard.

I tried it again, total disappointment. Burger patty was hard and stale. Took forever for a remake. If you're charging 11 for a single combo, it shouldn't be a total disappointment. Also, parking in front was full with a empty store. Seems employees should park in back.

Don’t, just don’t. I work near by and try every few months and I’m always disappointed. Cold food slow service dirty facility. Whoever is in charge here should not be.

How long does it take to get food from your Wendys? Here in Cheviot it takes 30 minutes IF you get someone to take your order. Staff will do everything in theory power to make excuses and ignore customers at both drive through and register. Its not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to take your order. This is the worst Wendys location I have ever been to and thats saying something when you are competing with obviously moldy lettuce of the Mary Esther, FL location and the frequent raw Chicken of UF Shands Hospital. Good riddance, let another restaurant take over this location. Then I may be able to get someone to take my order during my 30 minute lunch break.

When Greg manage this Wendy’s back in the day used to be one of the best Wendy’s around now it’s a dump. They never have any food. They always keep the doors locked and they’re never staffed.

The people here are literally from mars! It’s NEVER fast, the food is always cold and they just don’t want to be there. Can’t wait til they replace this space with another bar or something, they don’t fit.

DONT EAT HERE. Worst wendys I have ever been to, I keep forgetting that this place sucks. Every time I come here I regret it. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at Wendy's I waited an hour for my food which they didn't even get right, missing a whole part of my order. I didn't want to wait another hour for them to bring it out so I left. This place is a joke NEVER coming back.

I just left Wendy's I specifically said Biggie Bag sandwich a junior bacon 🥓 how he give me a chicken sandwich I said it 3 times junior bacon not only that food cold as hell like why is this Wendys still open I feel they should shut down nothing is right at this location. I wish Frisch's was still open and close this place. He knew he gave me the wrong sandwich that's why he kept looking like he did something. I will not return 😡😡😡

The last two experiences here were not good. The 2nd to last time the drive thru was closed and they told me to come into the restaurant because they were short staffed. It took the very few employees a considerably long time to make my order. The vibe in the restaurant was also strange because I was not taking part of the inappropriate conversation they were having.

This last time (today), I sat at the drive thru order screen for several minutes with no response at all. I kept asking if the drive thru was even open and they couldn't even give me an explanation like I mentioned above.

I have no complaints about the food or food quality, but service and attention are very much lacking here.
