Honestly I don’t know how this location stays open. It’s up the street from my house so I try to give it a chance every few months for a quick fry but every time it’s a disgusting rude horrible experience. The drive thru always takes 10 min plus to even take your order. Cars or no cars at all in the line. Once they told me they were doing a shift change at 3 in the afternoon so they couldn’t take my order for an hour. I worked at Burger King when I was younger. Never in my life have we shut down the store for a shift change. That’s insane. The service is always horrible. I barely even get to experience the food because you can’t get past even ordering it. And I’m not gonna sit here and fully blame the workers either. One of two things is happening here. Either they are actually hiring the worst people. Or they treat and pay their employees so badly that they just don’t care. Either way. A joke.

Horrible service doors were open at 6 and she said the lobby was closed very unprofessional and I tried to go the night before to get a frost at 11 and there machine was down very lazy staff

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I was offered a free meal and won't take it. I live a block away from here and wouldn't eat here again if they offered me free meals for a year. Save yourself the poor meal and frustration, just go somewhere else.

Worst service and food I have ever experienced at a Wendy's. I can only imagine that the only reason this place is still open is because they have late hours when nothing else is open for food service. Absolutely appalling.

DON'T go here! For the past year I've tried on several different occasions and rarely get what I ordered or they forgot items. It's like the staff doesn't care. I go down to the Dent location. It's perfect almost every time
Disgusting horrible place they lie so they don’t have to do there jobs they have HORRIBLE customer service they run off customers the food is disgusting u ordered a large fry and got a large fry container… WITH LITERALLY 5 FRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was PISSED!!!!!!!!! And no body cared. They tell you to wait saying there busy but there not.. I promise. One day my grandpa went up there to ask for water after a long walk and the manager at the time CHASED him off. And my grandpa has medical issues he ended up on the side of the road face first and my boyfriend worked there and the reason we even knew this happened was due to him callinhrg. Do not go here they don’t care about you or your food they will spit in it if you even ask for too much.

Placed mobile order through the Wendy’s app, I arrived to pick up my order was asked to pull up, waited almost 10 minutes for them to bring me a bag of cold food that I had to take inside to be remade.

Fries cold, cheeseburger cold cheese not even melted, nuggets cold. Drink watered down. It seems all the food had just been sitting around for a while. Worst service ever and it seems they could care less.

First off we walked in and all most fell because the floor was so slippery. Told the cashier and the manager and they did nothing about it. It felt like the floor was mopped with a greasy mob. We dined in and so no one correcting this. Aldo no straws available and ffood was cold. And no one in the front of the counter for over 15 min to say anything to!!! Horrible!!!

Took 10 mins to get to the speaker to order. And I only only got there that fast due to 3 people pulling off. Once i get to the speaker I had to wait an additional 5 mins to order. Finally get my food and it was HORRIBLE!! This was my first time at this location and will never return!
