I had my worst experience yet. I came in and ordered my food and waited about 15–20 minutes. While waiting, I witnessed the manager (short, blonde hair in a ponytail and a nose ring) dig in her nose and then touch the food. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I was shocked that a manager would behave this way. I know she was a manager because she was wearing a blue shirt with a manager tag.
I would also like to acknowledge the young lady who helped me. She was petite, brown-skinned, and very professional. She deserves a raise. The manager’s behavior, however, was disgusting and needs to be addressed immediately.

the food was nasty fries taste like grease disrespectful in the window some old white lady who said she was the manager and these chicken tenders was for my kids at home cant even eat now this place needs too be shut down asap the gm doesn’t care the manager said

Did a door dash there and they tossed the food at me and then yelled if confirmed it when cleaning up the over flow on top of the cup also my husband was gonna order a coffee and they lied said they don’t have when I know someone who works at Wendy’s and they serve it all day long! All three employees in front looked rude and looked like they hated their job. Rude place go to another location if you can. I will never pick up an order from there again. When I walked out I hope they heard me when I said how rude they were.

It’s dirty. The supplies are rarely stocked, like napkins, and ketchup and ice
The staff is not efficient nor very friendly. They frequently screw up the orders often they are out of an item. I won’t go back there after three times of getting cold or lousy food.

I’m not sure how this place is still even open with how terrible it’s been run for several years. You can count on it to take forever for someone to even get to take your order and then the food will be gross when you get it I can’t believe that the Wendy’s corporation allows this place to continue at this low standard.

I tried it again, total disappointment. Burger patty was hard and stale. Took forever for a remake. If you're charging 11 for a single combo, it shouldn't be a total disappointment. Also, parking in front was full with a empty store. Seems employees should park in back.

How long does it take to get food from your Wendys? Here in Cheviot it takes 30 minutes IF you get someone to take your order. Staff will do everything in theory power to make excuses and ignore customers at both drive through and register. Its not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to take your order. This is the worst Wendys location I have ever been to and thats saying something when you are competing with obviously moldy lettuce of the Mary Esther, FL location and the frequent raw Chicken of UF Shands Hospital. Good riddance, let another restaurant take over this location. Then I may be able to get someone to take my order during my 30 minute lunch break.
