I had to go back through the drive thru TWICE!! French fries tasted 3 days old & so did the bread... very disappointing.STILL the same, keep driving to another establishment. 5/21/24 they DO NOT care about their quality of food.
Stopped on our way thru town to get food for our 3 hr drive. Walked in, all of the employees have on coats - the place was so cold inside. Cleanliness was my first concern with people wearing bulky coats preparing food. I watched as the prepared our sandwiches and was satisfied with what I saw. It was still sad that employees working in a kitchen environment were so cold they needed coats.
Food was good. What I didn't like was ordering online through the app and then going through the drive thru to get my food and was refused my food and told I had to come inside to get my mobile order. Online ordering is supposed to make things more convenient and this just made it completely inconvenient.
