Service is horrible , I don't like being made to feel like I have to hurry .Stop hiring rude teenagers .Every time I come to this dairy queen we usually get blizzards which are always melted by the time we finally get to the window !Stop making our blizzards ahead of time for them to sit on the counter & melt !While the guy in front of me ordered cones , sundae & banana spilt his items looked fine while being handed through the window. After I get to the window & pay we realize again that our blizzards are melted! I already have 1 credit for a blizzard that I now don't want because we are NOT returning to any dairy queen after the rude service & of course the melted blizzards!

I went to this location early this afternoon and when I asked the employee if I could add something to my order the manager came up, asked her employee what I was adding. She then looked me in my eyes, scoffed, and rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked to speak with her and asked why she was so rude she then said “I have a long line” and when I said I understood, we all have worked in fast food but no need to be rude. She did not apologize, but said “just give me your money” I am 25 and never have I confronted any fast food place for anything because mistakes happen, but she was blatantly rude and disrespectful and did not care. Also she forgot half of our order (probably on purpose)

Better tasting Burger and hard to get my mouth around the unlike some other burger they were out of Coca-Cola so they substituted a milkshake in the combo meal.

Has gone down hill even after new ownership, ice cream is starting to taste cheap again. I was asked if I wanted my receipt and then had to ask for it again because the individual failed to give it to me. Blizzards aren't even mixed correctly, hope the Werners are the ones who own this still as it is very disappointing for one of their locations.

Every time I go in and I order a kids meal with a extra chicken strip dr pepper, a cone, with ranch,, the young man Tyler tries to up charge me for a extra ranch I do not order,, he screws up my order every time and never gives me what I want,, gives me the wrong item for the ice cream,, I tell them a cone,, and put it in a cup,, today he never gave me the cone, he also said there is no dip for a kids meal, I said yes there is,, I go to many different dairy queens,, this is the only one that purposely tries to make me over pay.. or gets order wrong.. Tyler needs to be retrained.. I pay his wages, tell him to stop lying and trying to steal from us up.. this ranch has curdles in it, taste bad. I have another receipts which shows it's him every time and it shows the over charge on the ranch,, and when I find it, I will load it here.. Their is also a girl that works there that I had to have them reload my fries because they don't like to fill the packet

if i could do 0 stars for all i would!! absolutely trash today, hot fudge sunday with the littlest amount of fudge i have ever seen. paid for the slushy with ice cream and got a plain slush not even the right flavor. can’t use the survey to tell them because they can’t even fill out the paper!! going absolutely down hill and i won’t be back!! shake shoppe is taking you guys out for sure!!

every time I go to this location, they never get my order right how hard is to make someone food The girl that’s working drive-through was very rude to me I just wanna pay for my order have my food and go home not deal with the attitudes of the childish immature behavior at this place get better management or get my order right one of the two I would not recommend going to Location
Parking: 702 S Court St circleville, Ohio 43113 1902 I don’t like waiting on the side of the street on the curb for my order. I had to wait 20 extra minutes.for my food with literally nowhere to park my car get better management and train your employees to have some manners for the customers this is very disappointing
