We ordered at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly. The food was hot and good. Except the ice cream of course which was a little melted because it was 94 degrees outside! Not the fault of the store!
Outdoor seating only. Took a decent amount of time to get our order taken at the walk-up window even though we were the only ones in line and no one in the drive-through. Had a least a handful of staff members, so I don't think that was the issue but could have been. Order was wrong but they corrected it. Overall, I prefer and have had better experiences at other locations.
We were here twice and we had issues with employees both times. The first time the girl couldn't get our order correct even after repeating it numerous times. There were 2 of us, she couldn't understand that we were ordering for 3. She kept just wanting to give us 2 of the items we wanted.
