I get there and order two ice cream cones ,two rootbeer floats ,a turtle Sunday and three pup cups ,a woman with extremely short blonde hair and an extremely big nose comes to the front looks at me then goes to the kitchen and said something to the extremely obese cook with greasy straight hair hanging down everywhere and says something they start laughing the cook keeps looking at me and the blonde broad as well then one of the teenagers comes to the window to see what they're talking about and goes back and the gossip bullying fest gets worse so I flip them off and the obese woman comes and tells me to leave she refuses to serve me I have the entire thing on video ,,,as a matter of fact when I told her I was calling her manager she said do you want her name I said no I don't need her name she said her names Colleen so left and went to dairy queen,,,later I found out the blonde is my ex boyfriends daughter whom I'd never met before but obviously these people act like they can treat people however they please can I get a recommendation for a good lawyer I feel a lawsuit in the works..

We always get the same ice creams & milkshakes but for some reason they were made horribly. We were also over charged but when we asked them to be remake it we got attitude. we have always had nice encounters with staff and this is the first time we’ve ever had both staff members be rude and nasty just because they didn't make the food right and overcharged us.

Unfortunately this ice cream place has declined in service and food they changed from coke products a few yrs ago which is a point off for me but the servers are very young and dont seem to have any care in what they serve . I ask for a hot dog with a little ketchup they coated it in ketchup to where it was such a mess it was unedible plus it was cold and dont ask for extra crunch coat on ice cream the owner will let you know its 75 cents extra and not in a good way cant believe how far down this place has went it use to be the spot in our small town but i would suggest you go to dairy queen better service better food .

Little local ice cream shop. Got a small S'mores "blizzard" and it was the size of most places medium for a deal of a price. They don't skimp on the fixings either. Every bite had a bit of graham cracker.

Food was excellent as normal, but not impressed with customer service today. First time I came, my son ordered a 1/4 burger was charged and given 1/2 pound. He was happy. Next time he ordered 1/2 pound gave him 1/4. We checked receipt most of us had eaten before he started. We weren't ready to wait longer and were only charged for the 1/4 burger we didn't mess with taking time to correct it.However, today, my son and I both order a 1/2 pound burger. I stressed the 1/2. We both got 1/4. We didn't get a receipt, so I took them back. The manager checked the order. The clerk at the window errored putting it in the computer. She offered to remake them. We agreed to pay the difference and she took the old to throw away. I took the fries up to be remade so we would have HOT fries when the new remade burgers. We were told they couldn't take the food back (yet she literally just took the burgers from me). She said she could make new fries for us to be ready with the burgers, but would cost more. I disagree with this.I understand if under charged for original order, and mistakes happen. Poor customer service not remaking fries to be hot with remade burgers, since remake was their fault.Consequently, my dinner was eaten in stages...milkshake...fries...burger...then last part of saved shake.Bun on first burger was warm with melted cheese....bun on second was cold and seems to be out of fridge and cheese not melted. Guess I made them mad tonight. I wasn't trying to be mean, just wanted what we ordered...and an entire meal hot at the same time...oh well, at least the clerk now knows how to input 1/2 pound burgers.
Love the custard ice cream! The flavor reminds me of my childhood, going for ice cream with Grandma. Great job thank you! Prices are amazing as well.

The prices are awesome!! A small vanilla cone is $1.50, and you get twice as much compared to fast food places like McDonald's.Usually you only see 1 person behind the walk-up counter, but they move quickly no matter how busy. Every time I've gone, the person seemed tired and not that friendly, but I still come back because of the prices are unbeatable.I've tried 2 different soft serve flavors, but both tasted kinda barely there. It is a little more to get a flavor, so I usually skip it.
