Our food is always fresh and delicious and arrives on time, our drivers are super nice. We've never had a problem with getting a wrong order, in fact we've gotten our correct order everytime and even got a free pizza once because they made the first one wrong and just went ahead and gave it to us along with the correct one. The food is great and service is great thank you dominoes !

I would NEVER FEED anyone with a compromised immune system from here, the smell of mold as soon as you walk in and then on top of that the cursin and the racial slurs.. no thanks.

Domino's Pizza , Just had my mother call here and try to make an order 3 times. She was then just handed off to the manager, who then hung up on her. She tried to order just a cheese pizza, but when she asked about the crust options, she was passed off? No, "one moment, we are very busy, here is the manager to take your order", just handed off, after the woman was rude af! Then the manager hangs up on her, because my Mom was frustrated and had to start the order again? Really? This is not how you do customer service. Especially customers who order frequently. My mother is 70 years old, and is the nicest person you could ever meet. After sitting next to her while she tried to order, I called back from my phone, and was told she didn't try to order, and that they don't have time to sit on the phone. Wtf? Literally lied to me, as I sat beside my mother and heard her trying! Will never get our business again. I don't usually post these things, but wow. If you can't handle a question on the phone, and a simple one at that, you need a new job.

Food tastes good. Service sucks. Order said complete, turns out they just gave it away and had to remake it. Too bad we were already standing there. Ours wasn't the only order that got messed up that way. Manager handled it but it shouldn't have happened.
Although they were super busy all the employees were pleasant and the food was very good.

Normally I have no issues but tonight they were rude. My pizza was way late. They hung up on me. I was very disappointed in them. Especially since the pizza was for my boys because I'm sick with the flu. My kids were very disappointed and not very happy.

Ordered online. The tracker said the order was complete but did not get it so I reported the problem through the tracker. Was called immediately by someone there who told me a driver flipped his car and was in a ditch. After waiting another 45 minutes I called back and told them who I was and that I'm calling about my order. He said did I want to cancel it or something, I said no and that I wanted to know where my food was. He immediately started yelling and cussing and not letting me speak. Said I was insensitive and he was cancelling the order and hung up. I've called back a few times to talk to the general manager and have left my number for him or her to call back. All I get when I call is a girl with no answers or the punk that I have the issue with. Terrible customer service for mediocre food on their best day. If you want to deal with dramatic teenagers looking for a reason not to do their job...Dominos in Circleville is for you. I'm pretty sure if you scroll down you'll see similar reviews and some pointing towards the same individual I had to deal with. Isn't the first issue I've had with the kid there with the smart mouth on him, but it will be the last as I won't be dealing with dominos again. Very disrespectful.
