Sub had a hair in it and my daughter bit right into it. They didn’t bring a crucial part of my order, called them and got left on hold for long period of time. Had to hang up and call back. They gave me credit for my next order but that just ruined donatos for me.

Kudos to the manager. I ordered 3 large pizzas to pick up last night, a splurge for my family, once we got home we discovered the order wasn't right. My veggy pizza was replaced. One quick phone call and the manager fixed it, and sent the correct pizza to my home. I've always enjoyed donato's. I think it's the best in town. Thank you!

this place seems to pay zero attention to the front counter . except the occasional glance with absolutely no greeting. will not be back to this location .
I ordered a pizza in store. I was the only one in there. The cashier told me 20 minutes so I said ok. I went and sat down. She watched me sit down (this is important). After 20-30ish minutes I notice people who came in after me getting their food before me….35 minutes in and she finally notices me and is like omg I thought you left. Mind you she never came looking for me and the other workers kept walking passed me. She did offer to remake my pizza, but I turned her down, why so I can wait ANOTHER 20 minutes? This experience out a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be back.

The BBQ boneless wings are supper supper good. Best yet. But i will mention that the pizza was burnt and the bread. Maybe they should look into a new baker...or oven. ??
