Decided to order lunch (carry-out) today! But it was not good at all! This is my third time ordering here the first two times was good but today it was garbage! Trashed my lunch! I won't be back! No wonder the place had no customers today! Plus when I called the guy answered Hello, very unprofessional!! I will let everyone know if the neighbor's dogs get sick from eating this food !!

So, I took my daughter to what I thought would be a nice dinner here, I ordered fries and she ordered a shrimp burrito because we are presbyterian and don’t eat chicken, beef or pork! They brought out a burrito with old rubbery fishy shrimp. I told the server and the manager came out and she proceeded to tell me that the shrimp were like that because they were “tiger shrimp”… Now I’m 43 years old and my dad is an executive chef not to mention that I have been only eating seafood for years and I know old shrimp when I see smell and taste them! So she suggested that we ordered something from the vegetarian section of the menu, so my daughter ordered a vegetarian burrito and when it comes out it looks good so she proceeded to eat it only to find chicken in her burrito!! When the manager comes out a second time she begins to say that it must’ve slid in there off the grill. No apologies or nothing but said we will just charge you for the other stuff. Now where is the Customer Service? You would charge me $6 dollars for fries and chips that were supposed to be complementary after you first served us OLD RUBBERY FISHY SHRIMP Then You Serve A Customer CHICKEN IN WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A VEGETARIAN BURRITO!!!! This is crazy and disgusting! I will never go here ever again and I will tell everyone I know to never go here! If you just have to have Mexican food try the restaurant on 23! When a restaurant doesn’t respect the fact that you don’t eat meat don’t give them your money but for her to charge me for chips or anything for that matter after making a mistake like that is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ? THE one thing I can say was the young lady that was our server was nice. If I could give No stars I would! Management has no concept of good customer service ?Vegetarian options: We ordered a vegetarian burrito that had chicken in it and was just told that it must have just slid in! No apology or nothing then charged for chips tried the shrimp and they were old rubbery and fishy! Don’t waste your time!! This place is nasty and disgusting and the management has no concept of customer service!!!

The food was horrible. The chilaquiles were dry and looked like they had been tossed around as if we were dogs. We told the waiter that they did not look appetizing and the only response we got was “I just started.” The guacamole on the burrito was extremely green and looked unnatural. It had not taste to it. The birria taco was extremely dry, which doesn’t make sense since it’s usually dipped in a sauce. We had said the food wasn’t good and all we got was “oh, okay.” This was our mistake of trusting the reviews. Hopefully this review helps someone out. Absolutely a waste of $82 dollars and the waiters did nothing to make it right.

I know about the issues, but I read their recent statement and was very impressed how they addressed the community! So my family came here tonight. First off, it smelled clean and the furniture and tables were the cleanest Mexican Restaurant I've ever been in! Our server was great, friendly, and prompt. The food was excellent! From the fresh warm chips to the homemade salsa that I thought was perfect! Our food was brought out quickly and the guacamole was EXCELLENT! Actually, from the clean atmosphere to the food....this was the best Mexican dinner we've had! It was close to closing and they were cleaning the floors and restrooms and that was done well too. We will be back!

We actually liked the food, taste presentation, but it was cooler than food should have been served not sure if waitress or kitchen delay, but good could have been hotter.. otherwise no complaints. Great restaurant and great atmosphere.
