The manager must have been having a bad day. Being rude to the door dash person. Informing him they made up their own delivery rules. Then getting mad at him as he was waiting for eating a slice of the pizza he ordered for himself. Then he started scolding an employee and treating him like a 5 year old.

This location is pretty good. I recommend ordering ahead. Sometimes I have to go in if left waiting. But it's not a big deal. The pizza is good and the staff are friendly.

Ordered the three meat treat pizza and crazy bread The crazy bread was fine but the pizza had no sauce so dry couldn’t eat it only the toppings
Called , talked to manager wanted a credit put back on card he refused. He said can just make us another pizza. I advised, don’t want another pizza. I want my money back for a pizza that was not made correctly and he refused… Will NOT be returning to this pizza establishment. Very dissatisfied consumer…

Generally polite workers, hate the closed off side entrance to parking lot!

drive-thru is tricky to use..be careful navigating the parking lot

Got to watch the circleville little ceasars they ha e different time than every one else and I was just told that they closed in ten minutes 943pm so I said your time must be different than mine and they said yes it is lol

Honest mistake as when I placed an order through the mobile app and selected this location instead of the location in Lancaster, once I realized I called to let them know I needed to cancel because I selected the wrong store, I have ordered from this location before with the service, everyone was so nice, but today I was no where even close to location to even be able to just hop over and pick it up. I spoke with a manager and instead of being understanding I was downed and dogged because I needed to cancel, I understand it’s an inconvenience and I am also a manager at a food place, but you never down someone for an order as small as mine and your not sure what to do with pizzas that are already made ( 2 pepperoni pizzas totaling $13 if that) because you have to “eat the cost” , making comments like that over and over again, I was already in an overwhelming situation and made the mistake of selecting the wrong store, I would understand if I had a huge order but a couple of pizzas? Stick them in your pocket guy and take a customer service class, that’s what you can do with them, you don’t dogg someone over something as small like that, I hope you have the day you deserve.

I ordered in the drive thru. I was asked to pull into the front. As I am sitting there waiting 30+ minutes in the front, several people pull into the drive thru getting their food ahead of me. The manager comes out and starts having conversations with his friend next to us. We only got our food because we went inside and asked about it. The food was not hot. It was lukewarm, as it had been sitting there for a long time.
