My husband and I both received cold, mostly raw, unseasoned vegetables. I got super greens and the cabbage and broccoli were cold and barely cooked with no seasoning or anything. My husband had raw broccoli and onion in his food.

Was driving back down to WV while visiting family in the area. My husband really likes Panda Express and figured we should stop since we don’t have any Panda Express where we live. We showed up into their lobby at 9pm a hour before they close, not horrible timing to get food. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my husband to use the restroom I over heard a girl get really upset that we came in and was telling another coworker that she was going to tell us to leave if we decided to dine in. That really upset me because it was an hour before they even closed and we weren’t even thinking about dining it I was just waiting on my husband so we could order together. Once whenever we got up there to order she seemed very annoyed and her customer service wasn’t the best at all. She was kinda rude, didn’t even smile or anything. As someone else who works in food service I understand it’s a lot but always should put on a smile for customers not being annoyed that we are ordering food a hour before closing. SoI lost my appetite was really looking forward to having some food but she ruined it. They really need to work on their customer service because it’s definitely not the best at all.
Came in today order the two entrees one side and the portion of the two entries was terrible..... My plate was mainly ALL side (rice). I have never ate at the Panda Express in circleville Ohio but I have ate at several others in Ohio and was never disappointed..... I am a truck driver and I pass through circleville all the time but I will never stop at Panda Express again. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

I genuinely want to know if this panda is only given half the recipe from all the others and they just guess their way thru it. I order the same thing from every panda. Honey walnut shrimp bowl with fried rice. Every time, at this location, it’s different. Every time it’s WRONG. Every time it’s DISGUSTINGLY DRY. Are they afraid of seasoning and soy sauce? Are they cheap? I don’t understand how no other panda seems to have these issues but I’m done ordering there and I’m not even the one paying for it.
I want to say that I waited until I’ve had the same thing FIVE times before leaving a review. (My roommates really like panda and will often order what I like for me and surprise me). And it’s just been so god awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’d say do better but it seems (from the other reviews) once they get their money they don’t care. So if you also like the honey walnut shrimp I suggest the grove city location. I’ve ordered from there hundreds of times and they never have these issues.

7 pieces of chicken is a bowl a a bit crazy spent 40.36 and am really disappointed that all 3 bowls nearly had meat it was all rice. Also I guess I have to ask for sauces orderd 3 chicken rolls and 1 order of spring rolls figured I would get sauce. Will not be back to this location

1/28/25 absolutely horrible service noodles was so hard they were un eatable and the orange chicken was not fresh at all this is the worst location in my opinion
