Was driving back down to WV while visiting family in the area. My husband really likes Panda Express and figured we should stop since we don’t have any Panda Express where we live. We showed up into their lobby at 9pm a hour before they close, not horrible timing to get food. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my husband to use the restroom I over heard a girl get really upset that we came in and was telling another coworker that she was going to tell us to leave if we decided to dine in. That really upset me because it was an hour before they even closed and we weren’t even thinking about dining it I was just waiting on my husband so we could order together. Once whenever we got up there to order she seemed very annoyed and her customer service wasn’t the best at all. She was kinda rude, didn’t even smile or anything. As someone else who works in food service I understand it’s a lot but always should put on a smile for customers not being annoyed that we are ordering food a hour before closing. SoI lost my appetite was really looking forward to having some food but she ruined it. They really need to work on their customer service because it’s definitely not the best at all.

Came in today order the two entrees one side and the portion of the two entries was terrible..... My plate was mainly ALL side (rice). I have never ate at the Panda Express in circleville Ohio but I have ate at several others in Ohio and was never disappointed..... I am a truck driver and I pass through circleville all the time but I will never stop at Panda Express again. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

I genuinely want to know if this panda is only given half the recipe from all the others and they just guess their way thru it. I order the same thing from every panda. Honey walnut shrimp bowl with fried rice. Every time, at this location, it’s different. Every time it’s WRONG. Every time it’s DISGUSTINGLY DRY. Are they afraid of seasoning and soy sauce? Are they cheap? I don’t understand how no other panda seems to have these issues but I’m done ordering there and I’m not even the one paying for it.
I want to say that I waited until I’ve had the same thing FIVE times before leaving a review. (My roommates really like panda and will often order what I like for me and surprise me). And it’s just been so god awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’d say do better but it seems (from the other reviews) once they get their money they don’t care. So if you also like the honey walnut shrimp I suggest the grove city location. I’ve ordered from there hundreds of times and they never have these issues.

7 pieces of chicken is a bowl a a bit crazy spent 40.36 and am really disappointed that all 3 bowls nearly had meat it was all rice. Also I guess I have to ask for sauces orderd 3 chicken rolls and 1 order of spring rolls figured I would get sauce. Will not be back to this location

This place used to be great. Now they get your order wrong half the time. There's rarely any chicken in their mushroom chicken. Today, they only gave me half my drive-thru order.

So I called them to let them know we are coming and are wanting to make an order through the drive thru of 2 bigger plates(which is supposed to come with 3 sides of chicken and fried rice, per bigger plate) Well we get there and it's still an hour until they close and they say "nope we can't make anymore chicken, you're gonna have to order something we already have made" so we ordered and we barley got any chicken with our food and was very disappointed! I got maybe a side and a half of chicken, when I was supposed to get 3 sides of chicken! They could've let me know, so we just ordered 1 bigger plate and not havd to pay for 2!! Like it takes what... 10 mins or so to make the chicken?? Please correct me if I'm wrong. But they didn't offer anything like an order of cream cheese wontons or anything!(which I dont expect, but it would've been nice of them to do so. But we went ahead and ordered 4 orders of what they had left of the wontons anyway..bc there just wasn't enou food. I love Panda Express! I was really looking forward to eating it and was let down so much with how much food came with our order. The other day we went again so we could actually get more chicken and it be fresh as well...well they barely put any chicken in the order again! And this was around 2pm. So I had to order an extra bowl with the order..just to fill me up and I'm not a big woman(140lbs) lol Wish they'd actually put a good amount of chicken like it should be! We ordered broccoli beef, and it literally was JUST broccoli and seriously 2 pieces of beef!! By the way, I recommend the honey sesame chicken, orange chicken, and the Kong pu chicken ? other places might be better with their servings..so I'm going to try to go to a different Panda Express next time and will update! ?? which Panda Express do you recommend??
We have eaten here before and loved it. But after our visit this time on Tuesday, Oct. 1, I don't know if we will stop again at this location. The service was not that great, and the food was not warm, it was cold. I asked him if his holding temperatures was correct He said always. While we set there eating cold food, he came out on break with a plate full of food, and the steam was coming off it. They need to know customers like served hot food also!!! We have never had a problem at any of the other Panda Expesses. So we are just thankful that we didn't get sick eating it. Thank you for your time. I hope the food will be at least warm, if we ever decide to stop again.

We went through the drive through around 8:15 pm. I could tell from the young lady’s voice and manner that she was not the average fast food employee. When we pulled around the young lady was well groomed, well mannered, efficient and made a great impression. Her family and employer should be proud. This was in Circleville, Ohio.

If there was a nagietive star i would give that circleville ohio, location a -1%... the manager was sooo Not helpful. Had to make a call like the smeff couldnt find out how to do her job as a so called a manager. Im just speechless i had a sales slip and they as the restuant would not refund there misktake of food health code voilation.. and was unprofessional. On all managment.. tharma needs more training as im a ceo. Of A manament training company seeking food chain. Custumer service.. and that location was the worst ever.!!! Horriable employeement no training.. a bunch of bobble heads..
