Called at 9pm, ordered for delivery, didn’t receive pizza , money taken from our bank account, and some call center keeps answering the phone, employees are Indian and can’t speak correct English to understand..bad experience

If you try to call them on 11/29/2025 around 7pm and later Good luck. Me and the hubby called seperate and nothing. Husband goes in all employees are wearing headphones and cant hear the phone ring. My husband scared them all as well. My guess anyone could of robbed them and no employee would know what the hell was going on. So i go else where to order.

Just overall a horrible and nasty place. The lack of care is obvious from the moment you walk in. Was never greeted, but when I was greeted, it was by a manager in Gym Shorts!; who by the way never seems to wash his freaking hands!! Yea I'm out, keep the food!

They didn't have my whole order ready when online said it was. All employees were outside smoking when we pulled in to get the food. Had to wait another 10 mins for them to make the rest of the food to complete the order meanwhile the food already done was getting cold.

Placed order at 5p. Was told delivery at 545p. Called at 630 for update and it just went in the over. Called at 730p to just cancel the order. Ridiculous.

I hadn’t had the Hut in years, thought I’d give them a try. Ordered on line on the site. I was told 25 mins. When I arrived 25 mins later, I found a lobby of a dozen ppl. Not good! I was told my order had not even been made and it would be another 20-25 mins. When I returned from my car I was told that my order STILL hadn’t been made yet. Pizza Hut…you messed up your one and only chance. I’m going to get Chinese carryout!
They have the biggest pothole in the parking lot that could do bad damage to a car 😐

Pizza Hut is not what it used to be in Circleville! The location we had with the buffet when I was a kid was absolutely amazing ! This Pizza Hut will never recover , dry overbaked pizza ,skimpy toppings our wings were disgusting. You either have to wait forever for your order or it sits and they don't show you on the app that it's ready for pickup , hence the soggy wings .The staff changes so much as well and I did a little Door Dash last year and every time I come in as a customer I'm pushed aside as a door dasher and have to call them out for their behavior. We are officially finished with Pizza Hut ! Don't waste your money! I need to add that we placed an order last night pizza and 2 orders of wings and I did respond with this is our last order from Pizza Hut if it hasn't gotten better .It's not better 🤷♀️

Ordered a pizza online, confirmation said it would be available at 8:38. Got there at 8:42 and waited in line for ten minutes only to be told my order had not been made yet and it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Asked for a refund and walked out. Do not recommend.

Order a pizza and pick up was 1hour.Got to Pizza Hut to pick up and they didn’t even have it started.Lot of people was dealing with the same issue.Several pizzas was in the warmer and one customer ask them to call off the name of the people that the pizzas was made to help get some of the people out of the lobby.The person at the register said that not how we do it.Really need to organize this when the business is busy.Lost several customers while I was standing in line to get waited on .

Twice since getting pizza from here and you screw up simple pizzas. Tonight simply ask for a cheese pizza and you make stinking pepperoni people order certain pizzas for reasons. :(
