Been wanting to come for some time but was a bit unsatisfied, the service was excellent, the food was average and seemed no different than their competitors, the atmosphere was outdated which should have been expected as it's 1 of 5 remaining locations

We came through drive thru 2/28/25 around 7:30 pm and ordered two bbc.neither had bacon and were on round onion bun and were missing the red sauce.we didn’t want Arby’s we wanted rax

Stopped by here on my way back to the airport and boy was it delicious. Brought me right back to my childhood. The restaurant was super clean and the staff was friendly. I've been telling all of my Ohio fam about it. Keep it up!
Sandwich was ok, but they serviced partially frozen fries twice!

Always love the BBC and bbq beef. It was worth the 2 hour drive for a classic I had as a kid. Way better than any arbys

Haven't been to a Rax in over 30 years, grandpa used to take me all the time. Happened upon this gem while working. Service was quick, and the food was familiar and comforting. I got the Beef and cheddar sandwiches and was not disappointed. Will certainly be stopping in again as soon as possible.
