I ordered a baked potato with sour cream- and a couple other item on the drive-thru- had to wait too long and when I opened the bag after leaving the place- there was no sour cream. Slow service- incomplete order

Recently found out this location was around. I knew about the one in Lancaster but it's a bit sad looking. This place was bright, clean, and everything looked relatively fresh as far as the building went. The food was made fresh and tasted good, the roast beef is better than Arby's in both taste and texture. The BBC was just like I remembered but the Cheddar Melt was a bit off since they use a different cheese sauce than back in the days (I think the old sauce had a bacon flavor to it). Nice employees, prompt service, a tad expensive but it is what it is nowadays. Look forward to dropping in again next time I'm down that way.

Rax is a good childhood memory for me. Sadly, the one I went to for so many years growing up has been gone for a very long time. This restaurant is amazing. Everything tastes exactly how it did when I was a young kid. The food is great the staff is really nice and friendly. Very highly recommended!!!!!

It had Many years since I've had me some Rax, unfortunately it has changed, it was good food, it wasn't the same taste though. The mushroom melt used to be just that, a mushoom melt, and it used to be so saucey, it wasn't like it used to be.

Stopped in after a 14 hour workday for a BBC. Second bite got a red hair about 8 inches long strung out like a piece of cheese from biting into it. Man, Manager gladly replaced it but to my surprise everybody there have long hair, but no hair nets go figure. Nothing makes you hungry and want to finish your sandwich like a hair in your food simple choices to prevent stuff yet no one can do it. And employees wearing AirPods.
