I really enjoy the coffees and the dessert from Scioto valley Coffee, although the only problem I have which donatos started doing the same thing , is the begging for a tip for just handing you the food you ordered for ordering a carry-out, understandable to tip if I dined-in but not for carry out , that is a detour for me!And I am sure alot of others feel the same way!!

I am very disappointed in my favorite go-to coffee shop. Their coffees are deliciously outstanding and the staff are always super nice but it comes to their food, personally it’s a 1 star rating. I usually stop there in the mornings in the drive through once every other week for breakfast before work and this time it completely drew the line for me. My normal go-to is a breakfast croissant sandwich with sausage and cheese, 50% of the time it comes out cold. Today, I ordered a ham and cheese breakfast burrito this morning to try something different. When I got to work and opened up my burrito it was ice cold to the touch. When I took a bite, the burrito was cold. The ham and cheese seemed like it came straight out the fridge and was wrapped up without it being heated. The cheese was just sprinkled on top and not warmed up. It is disappointing to get food somewhere when it cost almost $7.00 without a drink and it comes out ice cold. I will continue to get their coffees but I will no longer be ordering their food.

This use to be my favorite place to get breakfast sandwiches but lately it's 50/50 on what you get. You either get a fresh sandwich or something that appears to have been microwaved so long that it is one large hard piece? The quality should not fluctuate that much, I thought it was something one off so the first couple times I did not post a review and just considered it a loss. I spent $6 on something that is unedible multiple times which is very disappointing. I was the only car in the drive through and I still waited 5 plus minutes to get this which I believe may be the cheese.

Not frothing your milk yourself is an automatic for me to not get a latte. If you pour it and push the button that’s not frothing your own milk yourself. But telling a customer to reach across to get their own receipt very poor. First impressions are strong. This was mine.

This place has gone down hill. Today is the worst it’s ever been.First off the food provided was literally room temp/actual fridge temp. You can tell because the cheese is barely melted at all as if never even touched any heated surface.All of the pork products were either ice cold or barely above room temp, this is literally going to kill somebody.Finally my coffee was incorrect entirely and was room temp as well.Editing as I cannot directly reply to the owner:Be that as it may, perishable food being fully cooked can often be contaminated as they sit out for over two hours including serving times.The fact is that the sandwich was room temp for what I would assume is at least an hour or two. Meaning the odds of contamination is very high. Regardless on if it’s fully cooked or not.

Today I got a Cafe Mocha. I’ve never been disappointed with a drink here, but this one was extra impressive! I really appreciated that it wasn’t heavy on the sweet/chocolate flavor and the coffee was able to come through.I went through the drive through and service was super friendly and quick!

Lady working the counter was quite rude, me and a group of friends bought a coffee and we sat down to just rest, and she told us “you know you can’t hang out in here right?” In a very rude tone. The shop was almost completely empty with plenty of other seating, I am not sure why we were forced to sit outside? Not happy at all with the service.
