The Starbucks inside Kroger in Circleville is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to prepare orders just right. Whether I’m grabbing coffee or trying a seasonal special, the drinks are consistently delicious.
The convenience of having a Starbucks inside Kroger makes shopping so much better—it’s the perfect spot to get a little pick-me-up. Even during busy times, the service is fast, and the baristas always have a smile.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by! Great coffee, great service, and a super convenient location.

I was standing in line, waiting to place my order, just one drink mind you. And when I got up to the counter, the older looking employee, I'm assuming manager, was just chatting it up with a male customer standing by the counter for to go orders. I waited for a long time and then when I said something about how long the wait was, she rolled her eyes and slammed a drink down on the counter. Very poor managerial skills.

They were very nice but I ordered a non dairy drink I get all the time and this time I know they used dairy. Some people have real allergies. Not cool.
Very very rude customer service

The General Manager needs to be fired today. I never post a bad review, but one needs to be posted about this place. I do not live in Circleville and have stopped there several times and they were closed during normal working hours. Reason a worker explained today, was not enough employees. If there was not enough employees working, then the manager and general manager should come in to work. There were so many people who went up to the door and it was closed. Also, logistically they run out of everything all the time. I will be writing a letter to get the General manager fired. This does not represent Starbucks at the standards it should. I watched several people walk up to the door and reading it was closed and it was sad. I am just imaging how much gas they wasted just to be let down.
Everything is always good. Just sometimes service isn't.

this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in ... slow, closes early or drive thru only frequently, did I mention slow?
As a former batista they do not make the drinks correctly at all. I'm pretty sure today instead of cold brew she gave us iced coffee as you could see how watery it was. Not using blenders for cold foam either so when you pour it in it just mixes in the cold brew like creamer. We are BEGGING as a town to improve one of these locations.
Great!

Tried going to this one several times bc it’s close to my house. Would rather drive an hour away then deal with these people. ALWAYS RUDE NEVER SAY HELLO. Literally worse Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.
Great coffee because they have great baristas.
I enjoy my local Starbucks we have two here in Circleville the one in Kroger's and the one out on 23 across from Arby's. I go to the one out on 23 across from Arby's a lot and I'm always greeted with respect and my order is filled quick inefficiently.
