As a former batista they do not make the drinks correctly at all. I'm pretty sure today instead of cold brew she gave us iced coffee as you could see how watery it was. Not using blenders for cold foam either so when you pour it in it just mixes in the cold brew like creamer. We are BEGGING as a town to improve one of these locations.

if there is more than 5 cars get ready for a 30 plus min wait. theres a total of 6 workers and 2 were actually working. some of the most incompetent workers i've ever seen in my life. the slowest and unmotivated staff....

Tried going to this one several times bc it’s close to my house. Would rather drive an hour away then deal with these people. ALWAYS RUDE NEVER SAY HELLO. Literally worse Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.

I enjoy my local Starbucks we have two here in Circleville the one in Kroger's and the one out on 23 across from Arby's. I go to the one out on 23 across from Arby's a lot and I'm always greeted with respect and my order is filled quick inefficiently.

I went in last week, ordered a venti shaken expresso. Supposedly they were out of lids. So the older blonde lady is putting this random piece of foil over my cup. I took it off and was irritated, she put my drink in a Trenta cup and said well you’re getting more for your money, I’m like it’s half full? No I’m not. I asked for the cup size I ordered so I’m not carrying a huge half full cup with no lid around kroger because I had to get some things. The other worker said well we have hot cups with lids do you want that? Well why wouldn’t they do that in the first place?? Went back today and I swear they don’t train the new employees how to make a shaken expresso! The bottom is supposed to be expresso/syrup shaken then the top is the ice/milk I hate it mixed together! She legit held the cup in her hand and stirred it in a circle? It’s called shaken expresso not stirred expresso. She remade it the same exact way! I was frustrated so I ended up leaving with a mixed coffee that wasn’t great, if I’m paying nearly $6 for a dang on coffee I want it made correctly!! This place needs someone in charge that knows how to make coffee and train employees correctly.. Do better Starbucks!

Don't go to the one inside Kroger unless you're prepared to wait a while during morning rush hour at 7 am. You're lucky if there are 2 employees working and if there are, one doesn't know what they're doing or one is stocking the products or talking. Don't know how many times I've had to leave the line and say forget it. Shouldn't take 10 min to get a drink

The whole thing. Lately service has been terrible. Rude, impolite. Today the barista said I was being under charged by 3 locations when I order the same exact thing each time, after she tried to charge me triple. When I told her I was confused on how that could be she said “idk what to tell you” very inappropriate. I understand Starbucks is busy. But no way 3 locations can undercharge for the same thing.
