Stopped here to pick up my wifes mobile order. As i was coming through the drive through a car had just started to pull up to start ordering so I got in line behind the two cars that were already at the window. When I came my time to get my order I was questioned why I just drove up to the window, I informed the woman that I was picking up a mobile order. I was the asked to drive around and wait in line a second time. Now mind you my order was ready for pickup. So instead of causing a scene I just drive around and wait. When I come back to the window a second time the same employee who questioned me start to talk about me and continues to look at me as im waiting in the drive through. To the young lady who handed me my drinks im sorry to come off as rude when I told you that if your coworker wanted to talk about me she needed to come to the window. My wife and I will no longer be going to this location if their employees are going to conduct themselves in this manner.

They were quite slow for not being very busy. They were out of carmel so we had to completely change our drink order. They were ok but not what we were looking forward to after a very Long drive!

I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times, hoping it was just a one-off issue, but every visit has been a poor experience.
I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a single employee issue, but it’s clear this is just how the store operates. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I spent 30-40 minutes trying to get a mocha frappuccino today. Had to wait a while in line just to order, and then the wait to get it took even longer. Pretty standard for Starbucks nowadays. Finally got the drink, took a sip as I pulled away, only to find out it was peppermint. So I pulled back around to get back in line and let them know their mistake. Waited again for awhile, finally got to the window to get the correct drink. It was half melted and tasted like it was mixed with something else, or like they hadn't cleaned the equipment between drinks. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Honestly, the Kroger café puts them to shame. I pass this store multiple times a week traveling around the state, and they are consistently the slowest with the least attentive customer service.

Today was the final straw. I waited about 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time when I got a notification that my order was ready. I walked to the counter and didn’t see it anywhere. After waiting a few more minutes, I finally asked about it, only to be told, “We don’t have pecan.”

I asked if they at least made the drink without the pecan, and the response I got was, “I could make it,” delivered with a level of attitude that genuinely surprised me. So after all that waiting, I ended up late for my doctor’s appointment and left without the coffee I paid for.

As a full time college student I love being able to come in and do my school work while sipping on a grande black tea with only 8 stevia and extra ice in a venti cup with vanilla cold foam!! This establishment is the prime example of a fun loving team! I’ve never felt so at home with youngins but let me tell you, I appreciate it!

Since starting my glp1 I have been having a hard time enjoying breakfast. Luckily the one thing ozempic has not taken from me is my love for caramel ribbon crunches, and this store sure knows how to make them. Thank you circleville Starbucks for being the one consistent thing in this crazy journey !

I went through the drive through and after ordering I realized I lost my wallet. I didn't want to be rude and just drive off. At the window was a gentleman.. if my memory serves me correctly, his name was Paulie. I apologize and told him that I needed to cancel my order and why. Paulie was the nicest person I've came into contact with in a long while. He bought my coffee. Let me tell you, I've been having bad days back to back and people these days are so rude and inconsiderate. Paulie was so understanding, pleasant, and kind, he made me realize that good people still exist. I am so thankful for him. He deserves a raise and Starbucks should be thankful to have such an amazing guy on the team. His awesome attitude make this location shine.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. The Frappuccino was warm. There were no crunches in the drink. The cup was not even filled to the top. I was very disappointed.
