The line was super long on December 26th at 12 pm. waited about 10 mins, but when we got to the front, we received the wrong size drinks. we asked for venti but got grandes instead. The line was still so long that we didn't have the time to wait for a replacement we were leaving from a christmas getaway and had to get to my dogs boarding before we got charged a late fee for pickup , so a little discouraging after waiting 10 mins to order in the drive thru not sure if we overpaid since we ordered venti sized coffees but recieved Grande sized.
Worst Starbucks experience in a while. My latte tasted like the shots were pulled for ten minutes and our Americano tasted like it was made from reused grounds. Either the beans weren't fresh or the baristas weren't trained. Also, the staff entirely ignored all of the customers while we were there. Did not see a smile, a glance nor hear a word of acknowledgement. There were at least eight people in the pickup line inside. We were disappointed with this stop last time through as well, may need to avoid it in the future 😕

I feel bad giving this review such a low score because the morning shift is actually pretty decent. However, the afternoon shift is absolutely terrible. The order is never ready when it’s supposed to be, the way they set up the pick up area is so confusing and cluttered

Love their food and coffee, but this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I was the only person there in the drive thru with what looked like at least 3 people I saw working and it took them 10 minutes to get my medium vanilla iced coffee and a chocolate croissant that probably just goes in the microwave.

I personally don't care for Starbucks, but my pregnant wife was craving it so I went ahead and went through this particular location. The subtotal for the order came to $7 and some change, but when I used my card they charged me $28 because somehow a $20 tip was added at the window. They refused to refund me the additional $20 because tips are "Optional", regardless if there was an error. I understand that mistakes happen, but they could have handled the situation better and have something in place to resolve issues like this. Refunding me the $7 and giving me a $4 giftcard for a place we don't ever go to isn't going to cut it.
I ordered a dirty chai tea latte and it tasted like hot water with a splash of spice. Great job??

On a long drive home and this was the ONLY Starbucks around. Go out of the way to get here and the "barista" say she is closing early because she has "something" to do. Terrible.

Why does this employee park right up front where the customers need to park to get in and out fast.. she should park in the back like the rest of the employees... and some of your employees are not friendly at all.., it's all about them,, they should be saying hi may I help you.. nope none do certain employees are working there,, and the heaviest weighing 1 trains them to none communicate to people..( she is very bad the worst 1)...
