Received a DoorDash order to pick up from here. Walked in to pick it up. One guy sitting in chairs waiting on his food and four people in line. Two middle age women making the subs. I skipped the line and went to the pick up spot as directed by DoorDash. Seen the ticket for the order I was picking up just laying by the register not even being acknowledged. While I was standing there waiting one employee said is she for DoorDash. The other employee responded yeah she’s just going to have to wait with an attitude. No one even asked what I needed, they just assumed. That was very unprofessional. The order I was picking up was supposed to be picked up by 3:33 and I am still sitting here waiting 10 minutes later. This is taking away from my time and money as I could be getting other orders.

Ordered online at 615. Got a call 5 mins later saying they were out of bread and they could issue a refund but I wouldn't get my money for 24 hours. When I asked why they didn't have bread 40 mins before close I was hung up on. Well it's 3mins away so I walked over and it became very clear. They had everything put up and were mopping and closing..40 mins early. When I explained I was the one they hung up on and asked for corporates number he refused to give it to me. So now I'm out my money for 24 hours because they refused to do their job. Highly unprofessional. Definitely don't recommend

Purchased the Tuna the last two visits and their only putting 4 small scoops of Tuna salad on the 12" Bun. The tuna is spread way too thin. In the past, this sub had 3 scoops on a half and 6 on a full sub. I know the cost has to be watched, but when you cut back this much It makes me not want to go back.

I've only lived in this area for 8 months, and I've come to this Subway 6 or 7 times. I've always received what I asked for and been very pleased with the service. Tonight I messed up on an order, the owner corrected it for me and didn't charge me even though he should have. 6 stars! Best service I've had at a Subway.Kid-friendliness: Very patient with my large family

Ordered a simple wrap the young lady wrapped it up in a ball then told me she didn’t make enough of them and didn’t really care won’t stop here again. Almost forgot the other two employees also a joke and where hey prepare the sandwiches looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all

This is a not only a joke for a Subway, but a joke of a restaurant as a whole. The workers were beyond rude, and I don't expect a red carpet.. just friendly service. I felt likean Eldian being looked down at by a smug Marleyan. And BTW! What is this a restaurant for ants?!? I want more than 2 tomatoes and 3 pieces of green pepper on my foot long!
