Rude and are constantly making mistakes. Everytime I place an online order it is always poorly made or wrong. The last 3-5 times (I should’ve just stopped after the 2nd time, but I love subs..) the subs I have got have been hard, thrown together, uncut, and ingredients wrong. One time they had literally dumped clumps of salt on to the sub. I’ve never gotten salt nor pepper on a sub again because of it. If you’re going to get subs from THIS subway, go in and watch them make it otherwise they will play with your money and food. After this last time of horrible food, my partner and I will not order or go there. It’s just been 1 too many times of mistakes. They don’t care. :/

Subway is literally the worst place to eat in town now. They don't honor any coupons. I even put an online order in with an in app coupon, and they billed the card for the whole order then voided the order. Horrible business practices at this location. It even says on Google maps buy 1 get 1 for $1 and they won't honor the coupon. Typical bait and switch approach to business. They also mail out paper coupons that they don't honor. Won't honor in app coupons and won't honor the deal when they put their sign out buy 2 for $14 and then they won't let you pick which sub you want or modify which veggies come on it. This Subway basically just won't honor any of their own deals they offer. I don't play games like that, they'll never get my business back. You guys operate a scam business.

The lady working today was rude acted like she couldn't hear any of my kids, everytime they said what they wanted she rolled her eyes . .. just had a additude ... jerked the food out the toaster threw one of the subs on the floor had to remake it .. awful service

Stood at the counter for probably 5 mins waiting to be waited on while the worker was leaned on the counter on her phone. I patiently waited until she stood up. She looked at me, never said a word, and walked into the back room. I decided to just walk away. Love subway but that customer service was pretty bad.

Will never spend a dime at any subway ever again was in line guy in front was finishing his order then the lady came to me I said Hello she looked at me and said I close in 6 minutes I said oh ok then she said hurry up and tell me what you want if you plan on buying something I said I am in line to buy something but nvm have a good night she had red hair and glasses very rude made it like I wasn’t supposed to be there just awful service
