Online order. 2 subs 3 cookies. I arrive to be told no order here don’t know what to tell you, take it up with the app. My spouse calls and complains and all the sudden they have our order? I arrive a 2nd time the woman with rotted teeth stops in the middle of making my subs to go smoke a cigarette In FRONT of the store, we asked for light mayo and it is slathered. I do have video of all of this 2nd visit if you would like, this is completely unacceptable.

I mostly do mobile orders now, unless its like a half hour before they close, but their subs are good, and their cookies are really good! I would recommend eating here, but if you dont have a lot of money to spend, only eat here probably twice a week, not saying its overly expensive or anything

This is the last time we order from here ! I went online created a order for dinner & went to pick it up . I asked when I went into the store to the elderly woman making subs behind the counter if you just pick your order up off the rack & leave or did she need to see the receipt & she said no you just take your order . So how does that stop others from taking your food ? My problem with this restaurant is that our orders were not right as usual, wrong toppings & the 6 cookies I order half of them were pushed into the box & were broken crumbs through the box ! I have pictures of everything. I'm not wasting my money here or at any subway ever again !

This is the last time we order from here ! I went online created a order for dinner & went to pick it up .
