I ordered a grilled cheese from here and it was soggy bread with cold unmelted cheese in the middle. and for $4?? gross. Almost went back and got a refund but didn’t have time. not to mention how unfriendly the staff is. i’ve worked in the food industry before and it’s not hard to at least fake being nice.

Passed through town on a road trip. Apparently Sunday morning crew is really struggling. Sat in a drive thru for 30 minutes, 2 cars and still couldn't get any order right. Ended up giving us double amount of food, which was nice. Asked for a black iced coffee, got a black HOT coffee with no ice on a 90 degree summer day! ?

I've been eating at a variety of Timmys and never experienced such sneaky unkind treatment. I stepped away since it was such a long wait considering I was the only customer online and the cashier comes from a back room with my 40pck of tibbets and tells me she's not allow to give me donuts out the front case it's only for display although there's several dozen donuts just sitting there well cover and protected and she gives me my order open & expose to the air from a open tray. Very unsanitary and was not honest when I ask why didn't she give me all flavors as I requested, her excuse we ran out, So I said the most generous thing you could have done is tell me so that I could decide if I want to complete my order. I don't want a forty pack of glaze. I wanted a variety and she failed to do so. Want be back.

I just got a vanilla cold brew here and it was more like cream with a splash of coffee. Disgusting and honestly undrinkable. I used to work here in high school and it was not like this. Also, I went in, no customers, and I had to wait a solid 5 minutes for the worker to come out from the back. I went back in to ask to get it fixed and I gave up and am going to McDonald's to get coffee.
$12 for a wrap and sandwich with a med coke, and told no refills. What a joke. Update the response lead me to the app. They don't care avoid. Spend the 10 minutes go to south bloomfield

Drink was awful, no flavor at all. Sandwich was luke warm and tasted like it wasn’t put through the microwave long enough. Order took 15 minutes in the drive through for 3 items that came out garbage. Surrounding locations are much better.
