Absolutely thrilled with the service and the smoker rental! Donald was awesome! He took the time to explain everything about the unit. Supplied more than enough wood for my cookout. Then even bought back all the unused bundles. I will be renting from his team going forward!!!! Highly recommended
Very, very good customer service! The location is perfect, and the wait time wasn't long for what I ordered, and I was in a rush! Lol The food is fresh, VERY tasty, and reminds you of old school high quality soul food from that favorite aunty who everyone knows can COOK COOK! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK! PLEASE ADD BEEF RIBS..PLEASE.. ?
We rented a grill from Don for our little league event and due to weather we canceled and rescheduled for the following weekend. We were rained out the following weekend too. Don drove it down to us in Hamilton Township. He was so nice, professional and his customer service level is beyond compare. We plan to use him again for more events. The way he handled our interactions and the care he showed our group in both the delivery and pick up of the grill exemplified the reason...
