Definitely my favorite Kroger by far. The poor guy was trying to just do his job (which he did fine) and she kept arguing with him even with me standing right there. I could feel her aggression so intensely myself that I wanted to run away screaming. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to work with her. The man honestly deserves a medal for being able to tolerate her all day without opening a vein.

Kroger’s says they are doing everything to keep their customers safe but today there was no one cleaning the carts. One cart in particular had some gross substance dripping from the seat. So evidently it is no longer one of their concerns.

Picked up click list at 1230 pm today. They did not complete the shop. Did not note all the items requested but not filled. I get that Covid19 is causing them to be busy. However that is not an excuse for poor service. Not the first time. Even before Covid19 this location provided poor service. Store manager blames it on young workers. But takes no steps to correct. Then to top it off, they gave me a bag full of samples. The box of chocolates was wet falling apart and moldy. So bad that the bag smelled.
